What toothpaste is the best for teeth whitening?
I really need whiter teeth and I am not allowed to use white strips. What toothpaste is the best for teeth whitening? And how many times a day should I brush? I already do at least 2. Should i try to do 3 or 4?

well, if u go to school, try brushing your teeth right after school, and in the morning and nighttime.
the best toothpaste for whitening is most definitely crest prohealth, cool mint (the blue one!!)!!!!!
it is AMAZING!! i saw results 2 days after using!!

Apple fresh, if you have poor or childish gums do not wash you teeth 3 or 4 times you may damage your gums

I use aquafresh whitening toothpaste and it works well. I’ve heard a lot of mixed advice about how many times a day to brush but I steer towards 2 times a day because I’d rather not weaken my enamel and gums. Also, try chewing a whitening gum with baking soda during the day.

Try one of the following (all of them have done good job for me):
-Close Up Red
-Crest Extra Whitening/ http://www.crest.com/products/extraWt.jsp
- Sensodyne Extra Whitening/ http://us.sensodyne.com/products_extrawhite.aspx
And just for the record, using toothpaste too many times causes a lack of tooth enamel. So 2 times a day is enough :)
