   GHet Crest whitening strips.
   The one in the dark blue box that says "Pro effects"
   not the Premium health kind.

   You’ll find it at your regular Walmart, and it’s cheap.

   I use it twice everyday for a week, take a break, then do it again.

   The results are amazing.
   You can really tell it whitens them..
   But it will make them sensitive :(

   Hi Nicole,

   In my personal experience, the over the counter systems do not work that well. They did okay for me, bu the improvement was minimal.

   I started using a combination of two products that I have only found online and the results have been amazing. You can try both for free, which is what I would recommend. Check out my site below to learn more.

   I have always been a fan of Altateeth whitening tips..
   I have been using the tips for just over 2 weeks now, and have noticed a great difference.
