What is the best/cheapest at home teeth whitening system?
Which over the counter teeth whitening system works best?
I don't want to speand a fortune, so the cheaper the better. But I do want good results in a short time.
What worked for you? Without going to the dentist?

you can get the "Luster" kit at any drugstore.
that works really fast and doesn’t make teeth sensitive.

Crest White Strips are the absolute best product on the market today. We provide whitening for our patients but often just tell them to try the Crest White strips first. It is much cheaper than having it done here with almost the same results. Most patients have had extremely good results with it.

The only thing that has worked for me is bicarbanate of soda, i used as follows. I’ve tried other things but no good. Have a go. The soda was only 75p so worth a try.
I mix a teaspoon of the soda with a little water to make a paste and use that. You should brush your teeth with normal toothpaste first and floss then use the paste going over each front tooth individually for a min or so. Rinse really well and floss again as you don’t want any soda left on your gums or teeth. I did it once then left it for 3 days and did it again then another 3 days again. It did make a lot of difference after the 3rd time but now i will stick to once a month as i have heard it’s not great for the enamel if you do it too often.

No one’s teeth are naturally white. They are different shades of white so you can never really get 100% white teeth. But there are products which can help you remove stains and give your teeth a cleaner look.
The best way is to go to a dentist and pay for a teeth whitening treatment. But that is generally reserved for people who have badly stained teeth or people who have had their braces recently removed.
For an average person, there are several solutions available in the market. The most popular are whitening strips. They are popular because they are the easiest to apply. But they may not be the most effective. I tried out strips but they didn’t work for me because they kept coming off, and they take way too long to make an affect.
I resorted to using baking soda and bleach but it was too painful.
The best solution I have come across is the teeth whitening tips. It’s the closest thing to what the dentist use. It’s a powder you apply on your teeth using tips, which removes stains and such. I used it for a week with good results
I saw the ad on CNN. Here’s a link to the site
