   I just used the Aquafresh whitening trays and they worked pretty well. You only need to put them on for 30-40 minutes daily for a week and the results are really noticable. The only side effect I had was some sensitivity in my teeth, but it went away a couple days after I finished the treatment. I’ve used the Crest White Strips before and couldn’t stand them, they wouldn’t stay on! Good luck with the pearly whites!

   I made myself whitening trays at the dental office that I worked for. You will get the best results with the solution that you get from your dentist. You should start using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth before you bleach your teeth and continue to use it while you are bleaching because weather you get something over the counter or you get something from the dentist the solution will make your teeth sensitive to cold but it will go away when you are done.
