Thinking of taking HGH?

Hi, im 19 years old and i train 5-6 times per week. I am thinking of taking HGH in order for me to see results slightly quicker. Would it be ok to take this stuff at my age and also would this help in getting bigger? Cheers.

  1. HGH is sometimes taken by athletes and bodybuilders to gain extra muscle mass but before you embark on such a venture it would be advisable to familiarise yourself with the associated health risks (that can be quite horrendous) that you can find in a web search for "hgh side effects".

  2. No, do not take HGH. Sounds like your a very dedicated person who has much potential. I would recommend that you stick with simple protein supplements and a healthy diet. HGH, Steroids, and Creatine all have bad effects. They destroy your cardio and have negative effects because they are unnatural and dangerous supplements. Your much better off sticking with what your doing now, trust me. i went to high school with a few people who used it and although they were massively strong, they could do hardly anything without their face turning into a cherry and getting winded way easier than most would. Just my suggestion.

Good Luck, hope i helped a little.

  3. Yes and no…. but do your homework, there is a lot of scams to sell pills, the hormone will be destroyed by stomach acids. It’s not as harmful (injectable) as it used to be years ago because it’s all synthetic now, when they used HGH from cadavers which caused Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease.
It is a naturally occurring hormone in the body, at you age it is at it’s highest so you may suppresss your own production. Also at your age your testosterone levels are at their peak as well, eat lots and train had!!!
Go check out some bodybuilding boards and ask them there, you will get better answers
    Good Luck!
