Is there something terribly wrong with my health? I am worried!?

Hey guys, I am a 16 years old male and I have always been considered to be really healthy.

But i fear that i might have some health problems which doctors can't really find out about.

Here are some of my problems:

- No matter what time i go to sleep, i always have to wake up during the night for 2-3 toilet breaks and at 6:30. I can try to force myself to sleep but it is annoying (people my age cna sleep up to 1:00PM!)

- I often feel tired when i am required to do physical activity (even though i go to the Gym and i feel fine most of the time). I seem to get tired easily when it is aerobic stuff though.

- I feel that i am much less sociable... I dont like going out with friends anymore and i get tired and want to come home early when I do.

- I workout 3 x a week and i can't seem to gain a lot of muscle.
- I don't feel the need to masturbate anymore (even though i am 16!!)

... there is also some other stuff like irritability... but thats about it,

Some info on me:
- I am on a 1800-2200 cal diet (pretty low for my age)
- I lost like 30 kgs (70 pounds) over 7 months.
- I eat HUGE amounts of artificial sweetener (like A LOT of it and all day)
- I used to throw up after meals in order to loose weight and i often binged & purged (dont do it anymore).
...

What could be wrong with my health?

Could it be low hgh (Human Growth Hormone) levels?
Could it be Lupus?
could it be low levels of testosterone?

PLEASE HELP.

  1. Aspartame is an example of an artificial chemical sweetner …….. the truth about chemical sweetners is that they are insidiously sweet chemically enhanced sugars that will cause all sorts of devastating side affects if consumed in enough quantities.

Seems ludicrous to me that something that is marketed to help you lose weight will in actual fact help you to gain weight ……….. what aspartame does is block the satiety receptors in your brain (you know that feeling of satiety ie ~ having had enough to eat or drink??) thus making you unaware of the fact that you’re not hungry anymore and you will most times simply keep eating ……………… ***brrrr shudders*** …… avoid that nasty stuff like the plague … it’s pure & simple sludge for your body i reckon ………. it also causes a devastating list of side affects.

There is a vast amount of very usefull and insightfull information on these websites ……. they may be of use to you ~

The list of side affects is devastating to say the least.

i would hazard a guess that your fatigue and exhaustion, inability to sleep through the night, low libido, lack of social interest could all be directly attributed to the toxicchemicalsludge that you are ingesting …….. please try to wean yourself off it and do it sensibly …… or the detox will be way too nasty ……. halve your dosage for the first week, then halve that again for the second week and so on until you can completely eliminate it ……. hydrate yourself properly to help with the detox and flush out the sludgechemical sugar …… ditch sodas, pop and soft drinks if you drink any as they’ll only serve to dehydrate you and leach you of vitamins and minerals that you need ………. snack of low sugar fresh fruits like strawberries, pears, watermelon, blackberries if you need something sweet …. use raw cold pressed honey to sweeten your hot drinks and cereals if you need something sweet ……. raw honey, not the commercially processed variety on the supermarket shelves ……. still use it in moderation though for it is still a sugar but at least it’s a real food and your body will know what to do with it.

and last but not least eat more green vegies like broccolli, kale, chard, celery, buk choy …… eat them, juice them but get them into you ….. chock full of living enzymes that every single cell in your body needs to perform properly ………. put a load of celery into the juicer and add a pear for sweetness, juice it and drink it ……. rich in calcium and magnesium …….. great satisfier and brilliant for insomnia, achy bones, irritability and moodiness, headaches and migraines, constipation, bloating, fatigue and exhaustion, nasty mood swings……. calcium and magnesium ……. the great alkalisers.

    good luck

    peace baby

  2. wow… your body could be revolting againsed the abuse you used to put it through… maybe diebetes, low in vitamin D… there are tests.. probibally should see a different dr.

  3. "But i fear that i might have some health problems which doctors can’t really find out about."

Why? You should see a doctor.
