Infant formula, Cow Milk and Autism?

First, my proposition and reasoning:

1. Human milk contains a nutritional balance unique to humans, including, most importantly for my proposal, hormones like oxytocin that encourage bonding, trust and love.

2. Infant formula contains similar nutrients but they are altered from their natural state, thus altering the natural state of the infant.

3. Cow milk contains a nutritional balance, including hormones that encourage the emotional growth of cows.

4. Humans should have a deeper emotional breadth and depth than cows. Autistic humans have an emotional life much closer to cows than humans.

Which leads me to the proposal:

Infant formula + Cow Milk - Breast Milk = Autism

I am well aware that even if this summation approaches the truth, it is oversimplified. This leads me to my questions:

What are your opinions on this issue? Are you aware of any long-term studies on the effects of infant formula, cow milk, and breast feeding on autism?

According to my various google searches, people are more concerned whether infant formula contains gluten than if it contains the very chemicals that will turn their child into a human being: Backward priorities? Misinformation on an institutional level?

I'm sorry if I sound crass, but people don't seem to know or care why we are slowly dying as a species...

  1. There are thousands of forums on autism since it’s such an epidemic. This question has been asked on the forums, as well as other questions. When the question was asked on whether their child was breastfed or not, many did reply they breastfed, and some even did so until the child was two. They felt this lessened the symptoms. One thing that is interesting, is that many felt the symptoms did not appear until after breastfeeding was stopped. Thus, it appears that breastfeeding helped, but did not prevent autism.

The biggest reason breastfeeding helps delay symptoms is probably because breat-milk contains antibodies to the pathogens the child is carrying. These pathogens eventually burn out the immune system, which is the cause of autism. Thus, the pathogens have already been passed during pregnancy. The breast-milk contains antibodies which help keep them under control. See http://www.heidinotes.com for the pathogens and more info. Cow’s milk is just plain bad for lots of reasons. Some googling, and one can easily learn why. Mostly due to the things in the milk from injecting the cows, on top of pathogens in the milk. And even if the milk was void of pathogens, it appears to feed the pathogens that are being correlated with not just autism, but many of the epidemics we are having, especially MS. Most with MS will tell you they were heavy milk drinkers.

  2. It sounds interesting. There would have to be a study set up to see what proportion of autistic children were breast fed, compared to the general population. Definitely worth a look. Perhaps you should be presenting this idea to universities where this sort of research is carried out. For sure, you are not going to be able to interest insititutions supported by baby milk manufacturers.

I have been studying neurology and nutrition for the past three years. You are absolutely correct.Researchers have invested more time in studying Bisphenol a in the plastic bottles than the formula in it.The addition of synthetic DHA/ARA to infant formula is the largest crime to humanity ever.Structurally different than natural sources, altering protein signaling involved with digestion and proper brain development.

  4. I will offer a simple argument, milk is meant for the infant of the particular species, human milk for human babies, cow’s milk for baby cows. The Dairy industry pushes milk for human consumption, they consider it blasphemy to suggest otherwise, if you suggested this in Wisconsin you’d be carried to the state-line tarred and feathered and blackballed.

  5. My son recently diagonised with mild Autism. I breast fed him until he is 2 years. But I started giving formula milk when he was 9 months or so. Again I started giving him cow’s milk with breast-milk when he is 1 year. So after 1 year he had cow’s milk, formula milk and Breast milk. But his autistic symptomps came out after 2 years. So I think may be breast milk is stopping him showing his symptomps.
