How does a 15 year old male get a perfect body?
Hi, I 15 years old, with an average body. I know I've still got a bit of growth left (I'm still growing) and I want to do as much as possible to make sure I grow to my full potential and have a nice body by the time I'm 17/18.
I've about many things like avoiding xenoestrogens etc, needing to raise testosterone and human growth hormones naturally to achieve maximum growth.
I also want to be extremely healthy, good looking and really intelligent.
How do I do it? There is so much information it's hard to understand it all, and make sense of it. Please help me by giving a detailed answer if possible.
Thankyou so much for your time, It means the world to me.

The amount of information (and misinformation) out there is overwhelming. If you have access to a fitness center, talk to one of their trainers. Most of them have certifications and really do know what they’re talking about. If not – or in addition to – talk to your HS health instructor/PE coach. They also usually do know what they’re talking about.
One thing they will all tell you to avoid is any attempt at tinkering with hormones, which sounds like where you’re going. Hormones are basically the human body’s equivalent of jet fuel. Messing with the levels is therefore dangerous – your body is built to work the way it knows how – you don’t need to mess with the endocrine system. You need to focus on a good diet, acceptable non-steroidal supplements and a good physical fitness routine. That’s what trainers and coaches can provide.
Good luck!

Go to McDonalds for three meals, then go home and sit on your arse eating crisps and chocolate and drinking coke. Lush…

Probably no need to go hardcore and go lifting weights and go on a strict diet now. The best thing to do at your age is set your body up for a few years time when doing all that will work better. As for now, eat well, lots of protein will help your body put on muscle naturally, dont just eat meat though, theres other great sources of protein out there, and all other food types are important in staying healthy. Learning to cook is a great way of staying healthy, you learn a lot about food and its a lot of fun, as well as being impressive, especially to women. It can be a bit daunting at first but thats all part of the fun, check out jamie olivers website or his books for help on this.
You dont need to hit the gym right away either, at 15, having so much definition will look a bit ridiculous, and can put a lot of strain on your bones which will still be growing. Just keep active, if you play a sport, great, keep it up, if not, take one up. Combining this with eating well will set you up for the next few years of your life.
It seems to be so popular but eating junk and sitting on your a*** all day playing video games is not how its done, and if this is you, you need to realise that you will need to make some changes so you can realistically achieve the body you want.

There is no such thing as a perfect body but exercise, eating fruit and vegetables , etc. really helps to work towards that goal. 5 a day helps a lot I guess =D
