How do you grow taller when you're at the age of 19?

I am an Asian female, 5' 3". I'm 19 years old and I want to grow a few more inches. 5' 7" would be ideal. I've drinking a lot of milk over the past few years. I don't exercise that often. I run, but rarely... I don't run for more than 10 times a year.

My question is: do you have any tips on how to grow taller? I don't want to use the human growth hormone. Please answer my question because I feel like time's running out.

  1. the fact is, height is about genetics. if both your parents are short, greatest odds are that you will be too, although at 5’3" you are reasonably tall for an Asian anyhow. drinking milk wont help at all. neither will running. Can you not accept that you are beautiful just as you are made? you could opt to have your legs broken surgically and bone grafts put in, that could extend up to 4" or so…dont go the human growth hormone route. just…be happy and remember that big things come in small packages…like diamonds!!!!
