  1. Put on some high heels.. please, what kind of question is this really?

  2. you can buy medications (uncontrolled substances only) without prescription
    list of approved online drugstores
    No Presription Pharmacy http://www.nppharmacy.com
    Fda Med Store http://www.fdamedstore.com
    Online Pharmacy http://www.wisemeds.net
    Rx Meds List http://www.rxmedslist.com
    Prescription medications http://www.medsxxl.com
    shipping to any state
    payment via credit card

  3. Sure, you can buy uncontrolled substances online—-but NONE of them will make you taller. None. There are no supplements, vitamins, herb, drugs, foods, drinks, exercises, sports, stretches……nothing.

You are only 16. You wont be done growing until you’re 19-20, so calm down and relax. And I don’t believe that guys tell you "if you were only taller." I think YOU are the only one upset with your height….no one else. And if it were true, you don’t want to date some guy that doesn’t like you for who you are anyway—not for the sake of having any boyfriend. You don’t NEED a boyfriend–not at your age or any other age. No one has to have someone—you have to be happy with yourself. No one else can make you happy.

  4. Streching does help but wont give you inches. Youre only 16, you can still have a growth spurt ahead of you.

  5. Wear heels!

  6. Sorry to say this, but you need to not worry about what others think. Just be happy that you are who you are. I’m 5 feet tall and has been that way since I was 13, never grew an inch since then. It would be nice to be taller, but I learn to live with it. Being tall have its benefits, yet at the same time do have some downfall.

And models don’t always have to be 5’7" or more. Those are only for runway models. There are others that don’t require you to be that tall.

  7. Well I am not a Doctor Really but as A Friend I would Suggest you to Start doing Morning Walk………It Helps…….Try To do Running in The Fresh Air in the Mornings…….! I have heard it Really Helps in gaining the Heights……..After Running Stretching is also a bit more helpful ……
    BEst Of Luck

  8. get a lot of sleep and will if ur geting teller and you might not to cuz you r at your when don’t grow no more

  9. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1.Stretching Exercises: – These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2.Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:
