hgh releasers/precursers?

Please do not bother commenting if you have not used releasers yourself. Also, I am not looking for HGH. No. Do not start with the long lecture about the synthetic form or the injection of HGH, etc. All I am looking for is those who have or are using releasers or precursors of natural HGH. Let me know your true experiences, the brand you are using and how long you have used them for. These are herbs, so they are legal in the USA.
The literature has a lot of confusion: some say it works others say the release theory is not practical. That is why I want those who have use them only. Please do not write about HGH.
