   HGH stands for Human Growth Hormone, something your body already makes until you hit adulthood.

   You’d have to consult a doctor for (expensive) therapy if you feel you’re short. Misuse of HGH can cause diabetes and joint pain.

   Most anything else is either a sham or illegal.

   It’s not height growth hormone, it’s human growth hormone. It’s a fairly safe drug if done properly. Depending on your age and goals, something like 4iu a day might be good (I’m assuming your goal is to get taller).
