Healthy Alternatives to HGH?

I'm a seventeen year old guy and i'm 5' 2". My dad is tall, so i know i haven't hit my growth barrier. I'm tired of being shorter than my girlfriends (haha) but i don't want to put something funky like HGH in my body. What are some healthy alternatives that could help stimulate my growth?

  1. There is nothing you can eat that will make you grow taller at seventeen. Height is primarily genetic and I find it unlikely that you wouldn’t have gotten the necessary nutrition in 17 years of life. Either you’re destined to stay at the height you are now, or you haven’t "hit" the spurt yet, as you say. HGH cannot make you grow taller at 17 years of age.

My advice would be to take it easy and cross your fingers. And regardless, to learn to love yourself no matter what height you are.

  2. Lifting weights. Lifting weights promotes the release of natural HGH, so it will help. Proper dieting as well. Chances are though, you are a late bloomer. My step dad was 5’2 until he was 20, then in a year and a half he shot up to 5’11

  3. HGH or anything wil not make you taller, they just make you bigger and more muscular, but things that are not even near the same potential as HGH include ZMA. It’s all natural it’s just vitamins but known to raise your testerone, getting you bigger
