its soooo hard to decide what to get... and ive tried some... but i dont use too much cuz too much= worse thing

Has anyone ever tried witch hazel and aspirin as an acne remedy?
So I am in dire need of a fast fast fast acne remedy! Although my skin is starting to clear up from a horrible breakout (specifically around my jaw) its just not fast enough. I have used Burt's Bees Acne Spot Treatment for a while which worked wonders... but only for a couple of months. I would stay home all day applying the spot treatment every 2 or 3 hours and the next day, no more pimples! But now I am in love with Noxzema's adult acne skincare line but I have been skipping out quite a bit. And it doesn't help that I sometimes have to run on 3 or 4 hours of sleep a day. But anyways, my question is... Has anyone ever tried using a witch hazel astringent then applied the crushed aspirin as a spot treatment? I have heard amazing things about both and at this point, I am willing to try just about anything. I need honest, informative suggestions and answers. Please no nasty bias remarks! Thanks. :)
HGH and increased penis size?
I am 25 years old. As a new year plan to get in shape and have a ripped masculine figure I've started a series of strength building, muscle building, fat cutting exercises supported by very potent "legal" stimulants. I have started to build lean mass and introduced a human growth hormone into my horde of other supplements. I ordered this HGH from the Czech Republic from a bio chemist friend of mine. (Highest grade HGH molecular level available) He was not able to answer my question so I have started posting the question on the internet hoping to find a good answer. After 3 weeks of taking this HGH my penis size went from 6.5 inches to 7.8 inches witch was great. The wife was loving it and so was I. However, after 7 weeks it measured in at 9.3 inches. This is actually causing my wife to have an unpleasant (sometimes painful) experience in the bedroom and it is getting hard to hide in the gym. Extremely embarrassing trying to hide this monster in gym shorts. I don't know how most black guys do it. I have been off of the HGH for 5 weeks now and the size has not decreased at all. I am wondering if any other guys out there has had this effect from HGH and if so....Did it go away?
lol... Forgot to mention I do not get "hard" at the gym. But it is always like I have a 1/2 chubb no matter where I go.
How do I get my mom to take me to the dermatologist?
So, I have a BIG acne problem. I did some research online a little while ago and I think that I have nodular acne, which I read can only be treated by going to the dermatologist and getting something injected into your skin or going on Accutane. I've tried every face wash and acne treatment that I've found in stores, but none of it really seems to help. It's getting pretty bad, because I'm in high school and I still have the same acne all over my face that I've been getting since 4th grade. People say stuff about it behind my back all the time, like one guy I thought was my friend who said that I "look like a freakin witch because my acne looks like warts all over my nose". Basically, it sucks.
So, I want to go to the dermatologist, but there's 2 problems:
1. My family is lacks money at the moment. My dad lost his job almost 2 years ago now, and although my parents started a home business, it just doesn't make enough money for us to really live on. Basically, every cent goes to groceries and paying the bills, and everything else is just a waste in my parents' eyes.
2. I know I'll probably get some less-than-friendly comments because of this, but my family doesn't believe in doctors for religious reasons. But lately, I don't really know what I believe anymore, and I just kind of feel like going to a dermatologist would be the best decision. I know that my parents will think that I'm making a wrong decision, though. I mean, ever since I became a teen, they've told me that I can make my own choices, and if I really wanted to I could go to a doctor (this was regarding other stuff, though, not acne). But I always chose not to, so now I would feel like I was letting them down and totally giving up on my religion, even though I don't want to.
So, I don't even know how to bring this up to my mom. (My dad isn't even worth asking, he'll just think I'm being stupid.) For both of these reasons, I know it will be really hard to get her to say yes, and even if she does I'll feel terrible for making them spend money and not following our religion totally. How can I approach her about this? I feel really uncomfortable just going up to her and asking her, but I feel like writing a note or something would just be kind of dumb. Help?

Dear all, well I started to get acne later than most people in high school and thats why I think that I still have acne at my age......... I started to get it in like late 9th grade it got worse in 10th and 11th and slightly less in 12th and pretty steady since then I am 18 now I graduated in spring 2009(this year) and still suffer but I have a way I am experimenting with that may work to keep it down but I hope this is just going to go away by what age do most people grow out of acne........... my parents dont have acne but my younger bro (10th grade) started to get acne I think hes the age I started to get it also.
Then, I started the searching of problems to try find the way out, but in this moment I found an ebook(the linkage witch I was attached on the bellow) which is works on people who has the acne problems, I dont know whether it is worth to buy...if any of u also has acne troubles, please give me some suggestions..Thanks for ur help....

I have acne issues, help?
I use clearasil ultra scrub, a witch hazel toner, zapzyt spot treatment, and clinique lotion. My acne is pretty mild, just the occasional zit here and there. I treat my face morning and night. My routine does help, but I was wondering if anyone knew something that could help even more... I want totally clear skin.
Will this help my boyfriends oily, acne-prone skin?
he uses a freakin' bar of soap to wash his face... which i told him is probably over-drying his face, making it produce even more oil! so im asking this because i told him i'd help. his skin is SUPER oily, has blackheads, and acne..but not a whole whole lot.
first - exfoliate a few times a week. use enough baking soda to fill his palm and add water till you get the consistency of brown sugar. rub in circles all over his face. leave on for a minute or two. rinse off.
second - use Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash as a facial cleanser two times a day.
third - apply witch hazel as an astringent to skin, especially on really oily-prone and acne-prone areas.
will that help?? the excessive oil may be causing the acne so should he just try this first or does he need to buy a product for acne?
ive researched it............ im just asking what yall think. hes not going to see a dermatologist.
Best Acne Treatment? Help please? :'(?
I'm 15, Ive had Acne since i was around 12-13. My acne has improved. but ive always had it. I used to have decent skin, but now I'm actually hitting the stage of depression and not wanting to go out. I only really have around 5-6 decent spots around my mouth / chin area, my head a upper part of my face has cleared up very well. I also have alot of spots on my back and neck, witch again arnt as bad as they used to be. but i havnt seen improvment in a while. I HATE taking my shirt off now, witch puts me in a bad mood at the beach. :S
I've had enough of looking on crapy websites and buying all these crappy creams and stuff to help. None of it seems to help me.
And i've been told 'Oh don't worry you'll grow out of it' about 100000 times, so none of that please. My worst nightmare is scarring, but i just want to get rid of the spots.
Any helpful, genuinly helpful advice is MUCH MUCH apreciated
