How long can you go without eating, untill you are physically disadvantaged?

i was wondering how long could someone go without eating untill they lose strength, or anything that would be a major disadvantage for sports. I am tryin to lose fat and gain muscle so i can be better at football, i havent ate in 26 hours, ive just drank gatorade,or water. How long can i do this? i have lifted weights all day, and ran a little. Im not the type of person that does bulimia or anything like that, i just want to lose weight in a healthy matter and gain muscle quickly. any tips?

How long does it usualy take to notice a change in my weight after excercising? Read details?

17 years old, 6 foot 2 inches tall and weigh about 215-220 pounds (not sure becuz ive tested on different scales that say different weights) how long will i notice a change in my weight? How should I start lifting weights for TKD?

I'm a wimpy 15 year old girl taking taekwondo and I have no upper arm strength. Push-ups are very difficult and I often fail or collapse. What weights should I start with, and how do I 'rank up' in weights, so to speak? How should I go about lifting them, and how often!

How long should I use the elliptical for?

I am trying to lose 13.6 (at least 10) pounds in the next four weeks are so and I was wondering how long I should use the elliptical for and how many days a week.
My diet is all set. I have a weights routine to do three days a week. I just ned to know about the elliptical.

How much cardio should I do when I'm trying to build muscle?

Right now I lift weights one day and do some cardio the next. I can run up to 10 miles right now but I heard to much will eventually break down the muscle. But I need to do some sort of cardio to burn of some of the extra fat. So how much running (distance or time) should I be doing?

I'm 16 and I started going to the gym so I lift dumb bells that are like 10 to 12 pounds. How long does it usually take to get muscular arms? Should I lift weights that weighs more than that?
