teeth whitening?
I read this chart on how many shades lighter certain teeth whitening treatments will get you...zoom in office laser whitening is supposed to be like 3-10 shades.
So what determines this? Will I get better results if I first use an at home treatment...will it start off my 3-10 shades when I use zoom from my new, already-partially-whitened shade or from the original shade making two treatments basically a waste of money?
what do doctors prescribe for acne scars?
i want to go to doctor if i can find my care card. i also get random redness and oilyness

They have been there for 2 years like 8 of my acne scars. The rest ones are forming

i do cleanse and use queen helen mint julep masque life saver! but i use it as a spot treatment.

I've Had Light To Moderate Acne Since I Was About 10, I'm Nearly 16 & My Acne Is Consistent. My Acne Is Mainly On My Hairline On The Side Of My Face, My Chin & A Few On My Forehead. I'm Lucky My Acne Isn't On My T - Zone But I Still Want To Get Rid Of My Acne Nonetheless. I've Heard About A Product Called Epiduo & I've Been Reading About It... So Does It Work For You & How Severe Is Your Acne ?
I Also Have Loads Of Blackheads & I Know Epiduo Is Supposedly Effective On Blackheads As Well. I Really Want My Blackheads & Acne Gone Together Forever !!!
I Wash My Face Twice A Day & Don't Apply Any Creams, Treatments Etc As Most Are Just A Waste Of Money.

any suggestions to get rid of blackheads?
I'm in my early twenties. I never had problems with acne even during puberty. But now that it's time for me to go out into the society I'm breaking out like crazy!!!! I've tried proactive, and many other suggested acne medications, but none of them seem to work. I've found out from a skin care specialist.. that i need to exfoliate my skin often. Every time I come back from getting a treatment, I'm fine for a COUPLE of days.. and it starts again. and now it really seems like a waste of money.. is there any products that you have used that works effectively?? This skin problem is really getting to me now. I was always proud of my skin and never used make up to cover up my skin, but now.. i can't step out of my house w/o make up! this is really stressing me out!! any suggestions?? it will be greatly appreciated!!
i've been getting really bad acne, will proactiv work?
for the past maybe 6 months, i've been getting really bad acne, all over my face. i didn't change any part of my skin routine, but my face is reallyyyy bad. i wash my face twice a day with a cleanser, use moisturizer, and this spot treatment my dermatologist. gave me. although i haven't been to my dermatologist in about a year, so he would probably give me something stronger... anyway, my question is does proactiv work? should i use it, or is it just a waste of money?
Nature’s Gate Acne Treatment System, any good?
I just bought Nature's Gate Acne Treatment System, I was wondering your opinions about it. I haven't yet used it but, I REALLY hope it works because I am annoyed of trying to find the right product for my skin. I have oily skin, not too bad more like normal/oily. I have a lot of bumps under the skin that are on my forehead and around my mouth. Also once a month I break-out in my T-zone and it takes weeks to go away.. I'm assuming this is just one of those "perks" that comes with being a teenager. You think this will work for me? And I already tried the "amazing" Proactive... bottom line for me it was a waste of money so no Proactive suggestion, please. Thanks!!
Experiences with dermatologists? Skin problems? HELP!?
Okay so I'm 13 years old and I get about 2-3 regular pimples a week and sometimes some white heads in between my eye brows or on my nose. I have pretty dark under eye circles, and medium-large pores on and around my nose. After a pimple finally goes away, it usually leaves a dark spot even if I don't pick it. I use the Clinique 3 step skin care system twice a day (cleanser, toner, moisturizer), I use an exfoliate, use masks, and acne spot treatments but nothing gives me the results I want. I think I want to make an appointment with a dermatologist, but I just want to know if you or anyone you know has any experiences with one. Is it a waste of money? Did they help you change your skin completely?
