Acne treatments? Have tried basically everything?

Okay so I have mild acne on my chest, back and face. Not covering, but in small patches. I use Proactive, which works on the stray pimple or two, but does nothing for the patches. I've tried aloe cream, which reduces the redness but does nothing for the patches.

I've tried alcohol, which dries my skin out and causes scabs to form, which you can't really get rid of. I've tried body washes (Old Spice etc.) and exfoliating, but they don't have much effect.

What's a good body wash/face wash that will help me (sensitive skin) and is affordable? I need one for face, back, chest, and perhaps a break-out cream? Thanks!

Will this routine clear up my skin?

I'm a 15 year old girl with combination oily/dry skin and pretty severe acne. Will doing this clear me up in a few weeks?

Morning- Clean and Clear's morning burst shine control facial cleanser and oil free moisturizer

When I get home from school-Wash off make up with moistruizing cleanser

Before bed-Wash face with Aveeno's exfoliating skin brightening cleanser and apply differn (topical prescribed by dermotologist)

Once a week-Peel off facial mask

If I do this, wear less make up, pull back my bangs at night and drink lots of water will my skin clear up within 3 weeks?

any other ideas?

thanks :)

Acne medication after effects help?

Hi, i rarely ever get pimples/acne.
So when i do i become fixated on it. i started using *on the spot acne treatment* from neutrogena.
Well i might have went a little crazy on applying it to much, and now the places where i put it on is red, itchy and has little tiny water blister (? not sure if that's what they are) and my skin just feels dry.
I have stopped it and my face wash (face wash isn't acne medication) and have been putting a moisturizer for dry or burned skin, but it doesn't seem to help.
Did i permanently burn my skin, will it go away? Should i see a doctor?
I'm so scared i screwed my skin up badly.

Face treatments that i could use with household products to help get rid of pimples?

Ok if you have any popular treatments that work well on getting rid of pimples please, please share them with me. My pimples arent bad and i dont have acne, but I've always dreamed of having a perfectly, soft, clear face. No blackheads, pimples, or anything. just perfect clear skin! So far with a little research on yahoo ive found a few recipes to a clear face, but before i try i would like to know if they really work. Soap enriched with aloe vera, Wash face with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Put baby powder to dry up pimples, drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. Oh yah and ive used proactiv and it really helped but didnt clear my face all the way. This is what i use every day and night to wash my face: Panoxy face soap, then oxy pads, then some leftover repairing lotion i have from my proactive kit.
~thanks in advance for sharing info with me! :)
*i dont use proactive anymore because my mom and dad cant afford it*
