I'm a teenage girl and my stomach isn't really big but it could be a bit more flat. I'm a pretty healthy eater. So how long and what kind of exercise should I get? Should I do more sit ups? Let me know? Thanks in advance!
How much weight can I lose by eating less than 500 calories a day and exercising daily at night?
I'm 19 and I need to lose about 70-80 lbs in the next 2 months...please spare me the lectures on how this is not healthy and the long term effects...I know...nothing else has worked for me but I'm feeling some results from this...just tell me please let me know. I eat less than 500 calories a day and work out at night with at least a one hour walk and then I come home and do 90 sit ups and some work outs on an exercise machine we have...let me know...thanks!

I can do 20 to 25 push ups if I'm in the right mood it depends on the day but sometimes I can only do ten to 15 when I'm really tired. How many should I do a day to see results? I way 180 pounds I have a good diet how long until I see an improvement in my arms?

Hi I'm a teenager and I was wondering how long it will take for me to see results for a flat stomach. I'm 5'7 and I weigh 132 lbs. I've been doing crunches and sit ups for about a month and haven't seen any results.

I already run anywhere from 1-2 miles a day, jump rope, and do sit ups.
Sometimes I sit in the truck after it's been in the sun for a few hours, which makes me sweat alot [how many calories does that burn?].

how do you lose weight but not work too hard and buy anything? please no push-ups.
How much weight can I expect to lose doing the following?
If I walk 12 km two days a week, eat around 1300 a day and do 200 jumping jacks, 100 push ups, and 100 situps everyday, how much weight can i except to lose a week. Also, I don't drink sodas and eat red meat, if that helps.
