How many sit ups and push ups can you do without stopping?

I seem to have problems doing them.. I can do 8 sit ups before I have to stop and just 3 push ups until my arms give out. Can girls do more sit ups than guys? And do guys do more push ups than girls. Does age make a difference in how many you can do or is it just more practice?

How to lose weight to keep in shape at least?

I'm young for my concern about my weight but i'm serious. I think my thighs are fat and i'd like to know how to shed weight there. I also want abs because when i sit there is like a roll of fat at least. I know most people have that but for me i want to lose it. Do i need to do sit ups every now and then?

How to stay calm and not become nervous?

I'm having six teeth taken out in a couple of days and I've never had teeth taken out before. I am deathly afraid of the dentist and going for check-ups even make me anxious. She's quite an impatient dentist and if I show signs of nervousness she won't tolerate it. I'm afraid of the injections to numb my mouth more than anything for fear of them really hurting because all I've heard from people is about how much they hurt. How can I stay calm in the situation and how bad is having teeth taken out/getting the injection?

How should I start lifting weights for TKD?

I'm a wimpy 15 year old girl taking taekwondo and I have no upper arm strength. Push-ups are very difficult and I often fail or collapse. What weights should I start with, and how do I 'rank up' in weights, so to speak? How should I go about lifting them, and how often!

How many times a day and a week should I do pull ups and chin ups?

I want to make my arms and chest bigger. I just got a pull up bar and a resistance band. How many days per week should I do pull ups? How many pulls ups / chin ups should I do each of those days?
By how many a day, I mean literally how many. So "two times a day," as someone said means two different times in the day. But how many pull ups / chin ups in those periods? Obviously I want to do more then 2 pull ups a day lol.
