What acne treatment cream/ointment would you recomend and why?

I want to know which over the counter products are pretty effective in treating acne. I've heard of products by Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, etc, but I'm not sure which I should use.

How do I use tea tree oil for acne treatment?

I've heard and read that tea tree oil is effective for treating acne, but I'm not sure if it should be diluted or not. If so How do I dilute it so it won't make my skin worse? :)

Are natural products more effective in the treatment of severe acne?

I have really bad acne, literally. My entire face, arms, chest, and back is covered with it. I have gone to two different dermatologists about it and am realizing that my options have basically dwindled down to a handful. Basically none of the meds have worked. So that is my story.

Recently I have researched that all natural products, such as those from Burt's Bee's, are actually more affective in the treatment of acne than prescription medication. Is this true?

I have also researched that tea tree oil is very effective in treating acne. Is this true?

I am, at this point, basically willing to do and try anything to treat my acne and stop new acne from forming? I would really appreciate any information you can give me.

What acne treatment is the best and actually works?

I've used Clearasil in the past and that work ok for me in treating acne, but not really in maintaining it. I began using Proactive about a month ago, and believe it or not, it doesn't seem to help, if anything, the severity of my acne was worsened, so I need a new solution, please help in anyway. I'm not willing to pay big bucks for over the counter treatments or dermatologist(I'm a poor college student). So please leave any tips, thanks

Does neosporin work as acne treatment?

Does anyone know if neosporin works in treating acne? It makes sense cause like acne is caused by bacteria right? So wouldn't an antibiotic help prevent and treat acne? Are there any side effects? Thanks

Should this be my acne home treatment routine each day?

A.M.
Cleansing soap and moisturizer cream

P.M.
Cleansing soap and moisturizer cream

Is this enough for treating acne? I have an dry and oily skin so it's really hard for me. Should I use the soap and cream in the afternoon also? because I usually play sports in the afternoon and after I shower I don't know what to put on my dry face.

Easy and good ways of getting rid of acne, blackheads…etc.?

I really wanna treat me acne, and blackheads or what ever you guys wanna call them. I've been ashing my face with soap and water when i get up in the morning then putting thisacne medication on it after i wash my face in the morning and i putit on right before i go to bed at night. I do shower everyday usually before i wash my face so basically i take a shower, wash my face, and use the acne medication. but i keep getting more blemishes usually on my forehend and chin.
I figured that there must be some kinda easy homemade way of treating acne and i was wondering if anyone had any. If not..what store bought medications work really well?

the acne medication i use now is called

Any suggestions or anything?
