How often can you eat junk food and still be healthy?

It's definitely not healthy to eat ice cream or cheeseburgers and pizza everyday, but is it okay to eat it once a week? How about twice or even three times a week? What would be the most often you can eat junk food and still remain healthy?

How good for you is a trampoline?

I know that question is worded weirdly, but my question is how good for you is it to trampoline regularly?

I've heard it's a good source of cardio, and I'm talking about roughly 30 minutes at a time, three times a week. Is that extremely good for you, or will it just put a tiny dent in my weight loss efforts?

How long will it take to lose belly fat by going to gym?

I'm recently enrolled to a gym program which is three times a week. I do cardio and abdominal. I really want to get rid of my belly fat as soon as possible. So for how long do you think can I see the results? My stomach measures 29 inches now and I want it to be at least 25 or 24 inches.

my skin is breaking out so bad during early pregnancy?

My skin is normally dry and so is my hair but ever since I got pregnant my hair and skin are ridiculously greasy! My skin broke out in pimples today I have them everywhere and I wash my face three times a day and its still oily what can I do to fix this?! I'm about to be 10 weeks soon. Its not normal for my skin to be this way. I use facewash for acne and spot treatment andmy face is usually clear.

I recently bought a 20% Salicylic Peel. I got more acne!?

Before I bought the at-home salicylic peel, I had very little acne but some enlarged pores and blackheads. Now, after I've used the peel three times I have a whole lot more pimples. I've been following the instructions and everything so I don't know what's wrong. Is this supposed to happen until after a few tries? Or is something wrong? Thanks :)

How can i maintain a flat tight stomach?

I eat healthy & make sure I have well balanced meals.
I bike five miles a day under twenty minutes and do cardio three times a week..
Sometimes I cant digest & I think thats why my stomach is started to get flabby.
How can I treat this naturally? & what are some other suggestions [besides digestion issue] that could keep my stomach flat & tight? [certain foods or workout, etc.]

I get blackheads like crazy. Any way to help other than acne medicine?

On my nose, so it's worse. I also have big pores. I don't normally care about this but it's getting really bad. I'm a guy. My skin is fairly greasey and I wash my face three times a day, morning, after school, and before bed. It's only helping a little. Any websites or products other than proactive?
