-are there any harmful effects associated with taking L-tryptophan in teenagers

What did I do to deserve this acne?
I've been crying for the past hour.
My acne isn't too bad, but I have a lot of blackheads and whiteheads on my chin. If I could get rid of the zits on just my chin i would be very happy. Even if i still had it on the rest of my face.
Why am i so concerned about the acne on my chin and nowhere else?

I remember when i used to not even give a single thought about my skin. now, its the only thing i ever think about. I'm terrified to look in the mirror when im at school. when i see other people with nice skin, i think that when people say "OOHH well all teenagers get acne" is a big fat hideous lie because hardly any of my friends have acne.
and the worst part is that i eat well, i take a supplement for my skin, and i even use an expensive skincare line that's guarenteed to work. guess what? i still have acne.
Everyone else eats processed and junk food, dont take any vitamins and hardly drink wter and they still have perfect skin. i just dont understand.
Is God punishing me? i pray to him every night for it to go away. im starting to lose my faith in him. He wont even show me what he's trying to tell me. All i want in life is nice skin. that's all i ask for. but does he give it to me? NO.
my dad has tried to help me because when he sees me cry it makes him upset. so he bought me all kinds of treatments...and none of them worked :( so now i have to deal with the guilt of being the cause of his wasted money.

What exactly are growth hormones and who are they for?
I am 16 years old, and 5'1. I'm completely and utterly just sick of my height, cuz I'm so short. Both of my parents ARE short, so that probably means I'll be short too. But who are growth hormones really for? Will they use it on teenagers who seem perfectly healthy?
My height is bringing down my self-esteem, so I've actually been thoroughly researching such growth hormones.

i like most teenagers breakout in pimples every once in a while. i have tried a bunch of different types of acne medicine and nothing seems to really work weel and fast. also i have tried clearasil maximum strength acne treatment cream and it made my face burn like i was scraping my face, and i got all swollen. so if anyone has a good product that works well i would like to hear it.
Human Growth Hormones (HGH)?
Lately i have become interested in something called human growth hormones. Im almost 16 i'm 6'4 feet tall and i weigh about 240 lbs. But i would still love to be a little bit taller, 6'6" or maybe 6'7".
I was wondering wether it is safe for teenagers to take HGH. And if so what the side effects are. I have talked to a couple of my good friends at school about it and they tell me to go for it, but some told me that once you stop taking them, your strength and muscle mass goes away and you have mood swings or go into roid rages. None of my friends have taken HGH's so I can't tell if they really know the truth about them.I have read multiple testamonials on websites and people say that they have had fantastic results, but i want to know what the downsides are to HGH's.

im not just looking to gain some more height. I want to also get stronger, build some more muscle mass and shed some fat. it seems like HGH's are the best way to do that, but i dont want to look back on my decesion 6-7 years later thinking how stupid i was for taking them.
