Murad Acne Complex starter kit (Sephora) process qs.?

So I got this Murad Acne Complex kit from Sephora on Sunday. It includes the cleanser (1) Toner (1) Acne spot treatment (2) Exfoliating Acne treatment Gel (2) and the Skin perfecting lotion (3). Those are the steps. According to the labels, this is how my routine goes.

1. Cleanser

2. Toner

3. Exfoliating Acne treatment Gel

4. Acne Spot treatment

5. Skin perfecting lotion

On the little flap at the bottom of the box (includes the same drug facts as on the little bottles themselves. it has the Acne spot treatment before the exfoliating Acne gel. Is this how I should follow the routine. I mean both are step 2, it doesn't say ANYWHERE which one is recommended to put on 1st between those 2 I just mentioned... Help? Or am I doing it right?
No bad reactions ( skin purging) yet. My face's "T zone" is a LITTLE less "oily" too. :) not too many results yet, 24 hrs. have no passed since my last application and my 1st. On to day 2! My acne (combination skin) is not severe. No dryness is a plus! Cetaphil cleanser used to dry my face a bit...

im 22 and STILL getting pimples! any help?

i'm 22 years old and still have acne all over my face. they are not big gross nasty ones but those little annoying ones under the skin. i have combination skin where its oily on my forehead, t zone and chin then dry on my cheeks. occasionally i get a big painful pimple along my hairline or on my chin. i have blackheads on my nose and i wash my face daily...i wear makeup. i have used stride x, clearasil, clean and clear, biore, olay, noxema, nutragena (which gave me a serious bacterial infection), products from avon, and st. ives...different times over the past 6 years. i dont have a ton of money for like proactive or differen and like i said they are not huge pimples where i would need that stuff. any suggestions or even simple at home treatments? ive tried toothpaste and that does NOTHING! please help and no lame answers PLEASE!

Should I moisturize my skin?

Hello, everyone.

I'm a guy, and I've been battling acne for a long time now. I worked my way through all the treatments, and eventually went to the dermatologist and she wrote me a prescription for Epiduo. I use that, along with a Neutrogena face wash and exfoliator - I also use the Proactiv overnight mask on big zits.

Now, I would classify myself as having oily skin, I think. Around my nose, especially the cheeks under my eyes, I have large pores and VERY oily skin. However, my cheeks and jaw area are the opposite. They get extremely dry from the medications I use, to the point where dry and flaky skin is noticeable from a distance. I've tried exfoliating, not using lotion there, even not washing it, but it stays really dry. I've always shied away from moisturizers because I do NOT want my "t-zone" to get any more oily. I was wondering, however, if I could just use moisturizer on the dry areas and leave my nose the way it is? Now that I can control my acne (to an extent) I'm trying to focus on having healthy looking skin.

PS: Are there any little home treatments I might be able to use to reduce the size of my pores? I don't think it's a huge deal, however. My parents say I have large pores and an oily nose area because I'm part Italian.

Thanks, everyone.

What is the best microderm at-home kit for my skin type?

What is the best microderm at-home kit for my skin type?
I have acne scars from pimples/zits, blackheads, and whiteheads. Though my actual acne isn't bad--I don't have a lot of zits--I have many scars from it. My skin is olive toned and oily--especially in my T-zone.

Because of my interest in modeling and acting, I need clear(er) skin. And I still experience acne and I probably will for the next couple of years--I'm only 14. Will this affect the microderm treatment at all?

Thanks so much!

best way to get rid of blackheads and prevent them?

So i went through a bad phase of spots, not exactly acne but they seem to have really cleared up, i only get the odd one. Anyway, since they have cleared up using T-zone antibacterial face wash. I have noticed blackheads appearing on my nose and seem to be spreading up to the forehead and a little bit on the cheeks. What is the best way to keep them at bay and prevent them? Thanks.
