Best pimple spot cream? Help!?
I have tried many pimple creams and spot treatments that claim to work, but they either never do, or dry out my skin.
what pimple/acne spot cream an I use that will work quickly without drying up my skin?

I have oily skin
I tried Burt's Bees and Clean & clean w/ benzoyl peroxide
I only have pimples on my t-zone and some on my checks.

I've Had Light To Moderate Acne Since I Was About 10, I'm Nearly 16 & My Acne Is Consistent. My Acne Is Mainly On My Hairline On The Side Of My Face, My Chin & A Few On My Forehead. I'm Lucky My Acne Isn't On My T - Zone But I Still Want To Get Rid Of My Acne Nonetheless. I've Heard About A Product Called Epiduo & I've Been Reading About It... So Does It Work For You & How Severe Is Your Acne ?
I Also Have Loads Of Blackheads & I Know Epiduo Is Supposedly Effective On Blackheads As Well. I Really Want My Blackheads & Acne Gone Together Forever !!!
I Wash My Face Twice A Day & Don't Apply Any Creams, Treatments Etc As Most Are Just A Waste Of Money.
I Know Products Like Epiduo Make The Skin Worse Before It Gets Better (To Get Everything Evil Out) But I Don't Mind This, It's Definitely Worth It To Have Clear Skin... So Yeah (:

I REALLY need help with my acne!!!!!?
ok...so im 13 and i have reaaallllyyy oily skin. i only get pimples on my t-zone area. i have about 5 or 6 redish not HUGE but bigish pimples on my forehead. and then i have 3 red ones on my chin and a couple around my nose. and then the rest of my tzone area is covered in tiiiinnnyyyy little skin colored pimple bump things....when i put on concealer and foundation their not that noticeable...but it your like talking to me like sitting next to me you can see them. i use cetaphil cleanser for oily skin twice a day. and on the big red pimples i use clean and clear acne spot treatment just on the pimple. ive been using this routine since about a week ago. nothings happening. the pimples on my forehead have gone down a bit but their as red as ever. i mean i know im a teen and im going through puberty and everything but its bugging me so bad. it brings down my self esteem arow to negative 100. my bad skin makes me feel so ugly. =( my mom said oh sweetie your acne isnt that bad you dont need to go see a dermatologist. your just going through puberty and theyll be gone soon enough. we cant really aford to go to a dermatologist anyway. and we cant afford to get me any expensive products. but i do have a job and so i guess if thats what it takes i can buy a product that will help. but ive tried a lot of stuff....and nothings working..and my hope for cear skin is almost out. all my friends have clear beautiful skin and their my age and for some reason they dont get acne...uuugggghhhh I HATE ACNEEEEEE. everybodys like oh use this product it works miracles blah blah blah...i try it and of course it doesnt work or it makes my face worse...PPLLLEEEAAASSEEEE HELLLPPP MEEEEE!!!!!

Description of my Skin:
Mostly red bumps.
Big pores on and around my nose.
Few whiteheads/blackheads.
Oily in t-zone, dry on cheeks. (combination skin)

I have dry combination skin. My T-zones are oily. I have a acne problem when I eat a lot of junk. I'm 14 so I'm going through puberty still. I got my first period already and everything.
When I break out,which is pretty frequently, the pimples always get big and red and they hurt. I have a lot of post-acne marks and I mean A LOT. I hate breaking out because I used to get teased a lot.
The problem is I love clinique's acne solutions but it's expensive (sad face).
I hate the proactive. The only thing I like from proactive is the refining mask.
I have already tried neutrogena's acne system.
I've tried St. Ives
I need something without parabens or any other bad ingredients.
My skin is somewhat sensitive. It needs moisture but it's oily in the T-zone.
So I need a cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and spot treatment.
I want something that you or somebody you know has tried. And something that is not some unheard-of generic product because I don't trust them and I want something easy to find.
Best Cleanser/Makeup Remover for acne prone skin?
Hey guys, my face is pretty normal (not too dry, not too oily) all over except on my t-zone, specially my nose and in between my eyebrows, where i get acne :(. I wear makeup and was wondering if i you could recommend a cleanser that was good for this type of skin? Also, should i buy separate make up remover wipes, or just use the cleanser? should i also get a spot treatment for my acne? i heard that you can crush up some aspirin and spot treat.

seriously i hate me i wnna just hide. Im using salicylic its bad because i don wannt any more treatment... either it makes it more worse and i just look ugly

Nighttime moisturizer for acne prone, large pores, oily/combination skin?
Are there any moisturizers for night time without mineral oil in them? I use Ponds and while it does the job and doesn't break me out, I notice my pores look bigger and congested in the T zone areas and especially on cheeks near the nose. Plus I have blackheads, so I want to help with those too. But I NEED a nighttime moisturizer for after I wash my face, it gets too tight and dry without it.
