Ok, so im about 5'9" and 130lbs....i have never been very big and have a small frame...at one point while lifting a lot of weights for several months and take CREATINE and Methoxy Pro (like whey protein with some extras) i was able to obtain a weight of about 152lbs....i desire very much to get back up to that mark or much higher, like 170ish of muscle...

i heard just like anabolic steroids, human growth hormone can mess up your hormonal balance and cause irreversible side effects (shrink your testicles, grow tits, whatever). If you're going to warn me about not doing HGH or steroids, DONT DO IT!!! because i don't plan to take it or anything like it...and its a waste of your time and mine. I just want to know if there are any legal, marketable, healthy supplements or anything related to this?
