I weigh 47 kgs and my height is 155 cms, i have recently lost weight and my skin looks dull, please advice?

I would like to lose weight for my sisters wedding, which is early next year. But i want to lose it fast, cause i'm getting fitted for my dress (im one of the bridesmaids) in a couple of months, and if i keep losing it gradually, i'll have to keep bringing the dress back for adjustments. I recently lost a lot of weight and have been waiting for quite a while for the saggy skin to go away. I was wandering how long it takes for it all to go away, and also, if there is something I might be doing to stop or slow the process. Like eating the wrong things.
