How to run 200m sprint very quick with a heart palpitations and asthma?
I am going to run 200m sprint soon enough in school because we have Sports Day and I'm doing 200m.
My record was 31.16 seconds and I run fairly fast, but how can I really improve my speed since I've got minor arrhythmia and asthma????
How do I get over a fear of wearing regular bras?
I'm 16 and I really really want to wear regular bras (instead of sports bras I normally wear) on a regular basis, but I'm really scared to because it's been so uncomfortable in the past and I have severe anxiety. Does anyone know how I can get over this fear for good so I can wear nice clothes instead of the t-shirts I always wear?

Im 15 years old, what vitamins should i take. Also how can i improve fiber in my diet?
I usually try to have 1 multi vitamin, 2 500 mg of Vitamin C, 1 calcium tablet w/ vitamin d. How can i put more fiber in your diet, and i dont want to hear eat a healthy balanced diet because thats virtually impossible to afford and to keep up with sports and school.
