How do you get rid of blackheads?
I rarely get pimples, but I have a lot of blackheads, especially on my nose and chin. I've tried face soaps specifically made to clear blackheads, and the scrubs work best on me, but they don't completely go away, they just wan, and not very consistently. Sometimes I'll wake up and I'll have significantly more acne than the day before.
Is there a good face scrub that, for the most part, gets rid of blackheads? What has worked for you?
I need to stop touching my face? Tips on getting rid of acne too? Please?
I kind of have this problem with touching my face. I know it's not good because dirt & oil from your hands get on your face. But I'm like touching my face alot to make sure theres nothing on it. I figured if I learned to stop doing this it might not make my face break out any worse or anything?
Also, I'm looking to get rid of acne. I can't really tell how bad it is until a pimple pops up. My skin is very sensitive (I'm allergic to some soaps & not good with plants either!) I have some acne free (It's similar to Proactiv but it's sold at Costco) but I've been afraid to use it continiously since my skin is so sensitive. I wash my face 2-3 times a day. 2 of those times I use this special was I got from my doctor. It's a creamy wash with benzol peroxide.. I also use this biore anti-blackhead cream cleanser.

1)How can I stop touchign my face?
2)What else should I try to fight off acne with? Other products to try?

What kind of acne medicine works best on the face?
I have used many soaps and nuetrogena. The only thing that seems to be doing anything is dial soap, which doesnt get rid of the acne it just prevents more from coming. Is there anything that you would suggest i try using?

I know the best way to get rid of your acne is to:
1) Drink a lot of water
2) Get plenty of sleep
3) Eat plenty of good foods- that are healthy and good for you!
I know all of those things help and I am trying all of those things the best way I can. I was wondering if there were any other simple things that you could do at home to prevent or get rid of acne, that doesn't involve buying any cleansers or face soaps?
How do you clear up blackheads and also back acne?
I've tried loofahs, soft cloths, and harsh sponges to exfoliate. I've tried medications, scrubs, soaps, and all kinds of body washes. I've had moderate back acne (shoulders) for several years now. I dont want accutane or another harmful chemical. I've tried benzol peroxide, tea tree soaps, Proactiv, Clearisil, Clinique, astringents, Neutrogena, and many many others. What has worked for you?
Also, what gets rid of blackheads? Ive literally tried EVERYTHING on earth including facials and steaming and pore strips and hand removing!
Also, is it true that if you dont pick at your face, it will clear up faster?
How can I get rid of acne using stuff around the house?
I am perfectly clean. I wash my face everyday when I take a shower, and I make sure that I don't use soaps that have harmful chemicals, but I still have zits and blackheads. I have tried a lot of store products and none of them have worked.

How to get rid of chest acne?
i cant seem to get rid of it!! i use clean and clear on my face. it works amazingly well but i use the neutrogena body wash from walgreens but it doesnt work!! and soaps or something that will help?
Severe body acne, nothing has worked?
I have had severe body acne for along time. Going on 15 years. It is only on my upper arms, chest and neck. Wearing a t-shirt you would never know I had it. The acne is very deep in the pore and not at all near the surface. My poors start to swell from within and a white discharge comes out if I squeez them. I must have hundreds of these nasty things.
Acne on other parts of my body has never been an issue. I have been to a few dermatologists that prescribe the equivelant of OXY ot Clearasil. I get fed up with these doctors fast and quit going because it gets too expensive. I have tried every over the counter remedy you can think of. All it does is dry me out like a lizzard on the surface. The acne stays where it is.
Who has any home grown treatments, vitamines, soaps, pills... ANYTHING that will work in deep rooted acne?
