How many days should I wait before reworking a muscle?
I'm trying to get more size by working out some of my main muscles, such as the chest, back, biceps, triceps, legs, and shoulders. For EACH of these muscles, I have 3 or 4 exercises. If I workout one of the muscles with the 3-4 exercises one day, how many days should I wait before working out that muscle with the same 3-4 exercises again? Someone told me to go every other day and someone else told me to do it once a week. Who's right? I'm trying to figure out how much rest is necessary to maximize muscle growth. I usually try to lift intensely based on my current size. Thanks!
whats the quickest way to get rid of acne scars?
I'm sixteen. And i have acne on my face and back. Its not severe but its embarrassing. Both have scars on them. I use to have chest acne but for some reason it went away thank goodness(: my questions are how do i AT LEAST get rid of the scars? Also how can i get rid of body acne? Will it go away on its own when im older? Its only on the upper part of my back (shoulders) Thaaanks (:

What's your favorite Neutrogena skin product?
I mean such as face washes, scrubs, masks, spot treatments, etc.
I use their body wash for my back, my chest, and sometimes my shoulders, and it works rather well.
I'm thinking about buying the Oil-Free Acne Wash 60 Second Mask Scrub, On-the-Spot Acne Treatment, and the Oil-Free Anti-Acne Moisturizer, but that's some money to pay. I wanted to know your opinion on Neutrogena products, or other products that are affordable and are available at stores such as Target, Walgreens, and Wal-Mart.
I usually get acne between my eyebrows, my chin, under my nose, and on my cheeks. Not really "acne", but zits here and there. It's usually my fault because I pop my zits all the time and it makes my skin look terrible. My skin will clear up, but then one zit will appear and it's downhill from there.

this is REALLY bugging me because i cant seem to wear any nice new shirts i just bought, because the shirts dont cover up the shoulders, its bringing my self esteem low and i hate the acne! i tried scrubbing and not picking on them but it still doesnt go away!
i tried nuetrogena (the one i use on my face because it works great!)
but it doesnt work on my chest or shoulders. PLEASE HELP!!

i have acne on my back shoulders and chest... i have no idea what the cause is, i shower every day and use acne washes and creams. none help. im allergic to benyzol peroxide so dont even recommend it. its extremely embarrassing and i can only wear short sleeved shirts in summer, and now that its getting hotter its getting even more embarrassing.
i need serious help. please.
also, i dnot have any acne on my face... just an occasional pimple every few weeks, nothing serious..
its not EXTREMELY serious and no it doesnt scar... its sort of like the acne you get on your face but it doesnt have a POINTY tip..theyre sort of round and filled with puss.. gross.. i know..

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE ANSWERING MY QUESTION: ok, well i have bad acne, not on my face though, on my shoulders and a little bit on my back i really need serious answers for this. i got clearasil 4 hour treatment, my friend said it worked good for her acne, and face acne is the same thing as back acne right? well, anyway, im currently using this body wash stuff for acne my mom got me but it doesnt work so she got me other stuff, i need to clear it up by valentines day, im going to a huge dance and i really need somthing thats cheap, because i only have like 10 dollors..and that you can find at rite aid, or walgreens or cvs. help?! can you guys tell me what you have used? and your expeirences (how ever you spell that) i dont want one sentence answers like "ew thats gross, use blabla and stop blablabla" like im serious about this, its making me really upset lately. oh and when i get dressed in the morning i ussually wear 3 shirts, 2 undershirts a bra and a shirt to wear over it? could that be the prob. also? thanks so much, you really are a big help.

I'm stuck at 5'4 1/2 108 pounds 18 years old and 11 1/2 shoe size.
I haven't grown taller OR aged since I was 14. I still look like I'm 14. My testes have continued to grow...at the next to last step of development. And I have the "adult" pubic hair. I have a little facial hair but still look like I'm 13-14. Could this be a medical problem? Or can I still grow even though I've gone through...almost finished some stages of puberty but completely lack others...Maturing of the face...the 14+ growth spurt...penis growing...(at 4 in erect)...Shoulders widening.
I just look so young, it's like my body just completely stopped making it.
I still look like an adolescent...
For the completely oblivious people...I'm not just making this accusation because I'm short, it's also because I look VERY young and haven't matured in my face in 4 years+.
