I use Acne Free Severe acne treatment system and when I use the benzoyl peroxide my face becomes red and irrated but only for a short time.I was thinking of cutting down to only using it at night. Would you suggest this or something else?

I have some acne scars. They aren't very big, they're just redder than the surrounding skin and one is slightly raised - a bump basically.
