Acne: Help me Please!?

PLEASE READ ON!
I know this is really long, sorrry, but I really need help on this.

I am 14. I have pretty moderate acne on my forehead, and my chin. I also have blackheads on my nose. I have a few small dry patches that show if I use makeup, but mainly, my skin is pretty oily.

I have tried a lot of individual products and "systems;" AcneFree, Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, Kiss My Face, Burts Bees, Nature's Gate, Murad, neaclear, Alba, and probably more that I can't remember right now.

I have found out many things in my experience of using these many products.
1. Benzoyl Peroxide does not work for my skin.
2. Salicylic Acid helps with the redness, but does not get rid of the actual pimples.

This obviously poses a problem, because these are the two main ingredients in just about every acne treatment. That is why I am thinking of starting a whole new regimen.

I want to have a cleanser, a toner, and a moisturizer. A spot/night treatment would be great too. I don't want a system or anything like that, because I want to be able to tailor all of the ingredients myself.

I found out about some ingredients that are very beneficial for the skin, and was wondering if there are any more that I have forgotten, or any more that would be even better. Please correct me if I am wrong.

1. Tea Tree Oil- could be used as a spot/night treatment
2. Sulfur- could be used in a cleanser or moisturizer
3. Witch Hazel, Rosewater- could be used in a toner

I heard about this thing called the Oil Cleansing Method...it's where you use oil to dissolve oil. My parents (who are scientists) think this actually does make sense. I have tried the method before, but gave up after not long because I wasn't seeing fast improvements and it was hard to maintain.

So I was thinking of getting an cleanser with essential oils in it that I could use to "dissolve" the oil on my skin. If I get a cleanser like this, should I use a foamy one afterwards to get rid of excess oil?

Also, I need a moisturizer. My skin is very oily, so pretty much all moisturizers highlight that and my skin becomes very shiny by the end of the day. I was thinking that If I use an actual oil as a moistuizer, it would help balance my skin's natural oils and stop excess oil making.
What would be the best oil to use? I heard that jojoba oil is like the skin's oil, but very heavy...I need something that will moisturize but won't make me shiny. I'm talking something that I can rub into my skin- no rinsing afterwards.

So would this be an okay regimen?:

1. Cleanser, with:
-Sulfur
-Tea Tree Oil

2. Toner, with:
-Witch Hazel
-Rose/Orange Water
-Tea Tree Oil

3. Moisturizer, with:
-Sulfur
-Jojoba Oil, some other good oil?

4. Spot/night Treatment, with:
-Tea Tree Oil
-Aloe
-Any other intensive beneficial ingredients?

(I need to be able to use this without my skin getting used to it and the effects wearing off!)

Please give me more suggestions for good ingredients to look for.
Also, if you have products that you know have the ingredients I want, please suggest them!

NO suggestions to Proactiv kind of stuff. I've tried those things already.

Acne Treatment Kits: Are they a hoax?

Just looking for some thoughts on this!

I have moderate acne and have had problems with it for a long time. It's a tough battle trying to buy products that work, when in reality, the only ones that really will have lasting success are prescription that can only be given by doctors or dermatologists.

I've tried everything like a lot of people have. ProActiv, Murad, Clean & Clear, Neutrogena, AcneFree, etc. None of them have worked for me. All of the celebrity endorsements and TV commercials do an impressively convincing job selling their product, but is that all it is?

Selling basically a drugstore product and marketing it as something of higher quality, when it's nearly the same as what you can purchase from the shelves? It can be really misleading considering everyone's skin and acne is different which is why prescription medication works better.

Have any of you had any success with those kits? Were they worth buying and would you purchase them again?
It isn't really me so much, I'm just curious to see what other people think. =) I have come up with a regimen of my own, combining products (all different brands) that I like. It's just interesting how none of the kits ever worked, but this does.

Too many acne products? Dry out my face?

Okay, i don't have TERRIBLE acne,
but its more than a few pimples here and there.
i mostly get them on my hairline, sides of my face, forhead, or chin.

So i have tried lots of individual products..not much luck though.
Yesterday i bought the Clean and Clear Advantage 3 peice kitt.. the 20 dollar one.
I also bought Clean and Clear Cleanser.. the orange kind(not the morning burst though) and also the Dual Action Moisturizer also from c&c.
My question is if this will be a good regimen? (keep reading)

In the morning i use the Orange facial cleanser, followed by the advantage acne stuff from the 2 peice kit. Then i use the spot treatment where needed, and then the dual action moitsurizer.

At night i use the orange cleanser to take makeup off, then the advantage acne cleaner, then spot treatment, then the moiturizer treeatment from the kit.

Will this dry out my face? From too much benzol poroxide/sylicic acid and stuff?
Should i use a diffrent moisturizer too, one without any acne products in it?

Any ideas?

Questions about Oily Skin/Acne.?

My skin is oily all over. I breakout mostly underneath my chin, jawline and temples.

Right now I'm using L'Oreal's Go 360 Clean Cleanser, St. Ives Apricot Scrub and Clearesil Spot Treatment. My face is starting to get itchy around my lips. What should I do?

I read a lot of magazines and their tips for women in their 20's is to start anti-aging products now so skin will look better in the future. But afraid of pores clogging up with acne treatments, night creams, eye creams, neck creams and all the other things that are supposed prevent wrinkles in the future. What should my nighttime regimen be so that my skin will look its best?

Make-up. I like the natural look- little foundation, blush, lipstick, mascara and eyeliner. Once again I get these things from magazines. Primer, Foundation, Concealer. Where does sunscreen go in that order? What is the best foundation formula for oily/acne skin? Concealer?

How do I get rid of pitted scars?

Why do I get recurring pimples in the same spot?

I have two pimples that keep coming back in the same exact spots, one on my forehead and the other right above my upper lip. No matter what kind of cleanser or acne treatments I use, it still takes over 4-5 weeks to get rid of them when they pop up. The one above my lip has been there for over 4 months and I thought it was an ingrown hair but once I finally popped it, pus came out and it went down a little bit. The one on my forehead pops up every 2-3 months and doesn't get red, just a large blemish. I have dry screen and my daily face regimen is a mild cleanser followed by a good, heavy moisturizer applied multiple times a day and a weekly facial scrub.

Best way to get rid of acne and for good?

Now I know that this question has been asked pretty much like a million times but i just cant get a good enough answer. I'm currently on a regimen that consists of: Acne Stress Control foam wash followed up by neutrogena on-to-spot acne treatment, and then finishing up with a Clean and Clear Day moisturizer.
The thing is i just need to know other really good ways to get rid of my acne (preferably not to expensive) before i get to far into this regimen, because the thing is i just started it.
I mainly have these bumps that are kind of like skin color i think they might still be whiteheads, im not sure though.
So if you could tell me some natural or other non-expensive ways to really get rid of this acne, then that would be great.
P.S. i would apreciate it if it was a fast and easy way to get rid of it, i can be patient but im really getting tired of waking up at night and thinking if i washed my face or not. :)
THANKS :))

will this skin regimen help with my acne ????.?

I have sensitive/combination acne prone skin. Im getting fed up with my acne & i have a feeling it comes from hormones & genetics. i dont have severe acne i would say its between light-mild. iM thinking about picking up this products from walmart & wonder if they could help with my acne. As far as cleanser im thinking about getting neutrogena deep clean cream cleanser or neutrogena transparent acne prone skin soap. For astringent/toner im going to try dickinson's witch hazel [yellow bottle]. For moisturizer cetaphil. Mask 3 times a week. Scrubz 2-3 times a week. Steam facial 2-3 times a week. Is this a okay regimen? I went on neutrogena's website & took there skin survey & they gave me these items:
-NEUTROGENA DEEP CLEAN CREAM CLEANSER.
-ALCOHOL-FREE TONER.
-OIL FREE MOISTURIZER SPF.15
-RAPID CLEAR ACNE ELIMINATING SPOT GEL
HAS ANYONE TRIED ANY OF THE ITEMS ABOVE WITH GOOD RESULTS ??! :)
