How do you tell the difference between mucus and pus in your stool?

I was just wondering because when I read up on bowel movements they said mucus can sometimes be clear or a yellowish color. While pus is yellow also. So how do you tell the difference? Btw don't tell me to go to the doctor cause I already did and its just I had a mild case of ibs. But I just wanted to know how you tell the difference between mucus and pus. Thanks for all who answers.

Acne problem? What the hell is this?

I've never had a problem with acne, never in my life. But lately I've been getting acne (pimples, blackheads, etc) directly under my nose and around. In places that are really painful/hard to reach. Last night I squeezed one of them, that was really stubborn so I did it for like 20 minutes. The spot started bleeding so I left it and put a cold cloth over it. Now I woke up today and i have a blotch where I squeezed, that looks like a birthmark. And it's bleeding and sort of pus-y. It's really irritating. What is this thing? Also, what kind of products/methods I could use to get rid of this? It's really bugging me.
Also, what methods/products could I use to get rid of the acne altogether?

Doesn't answer any of my questions at all. Gtfo.

Is this cystic acne? What kind of acne is this?

I get really weird acne! Sometimes I get blackheads or surface pimples, and those I'm not to worried about. But sometimes I get these hard bumps that feel like they're way under the skin, and after a few days you can see dark blue/purple pools of liquid under the surface of my skin where the bumps where. I can't pop them usually with my fingers so I poke them with a pin to let the blood drain. Sorry if this is gross, but its like dark blood with a bit of puss particles in it but it's mostly blood. And if I can't pop it it usually goes away but it takes usually a month, sometimes less, sometimes more. And then it just fades away. This is weird... I think it might be cystic acne, but why is it so much blood and hardly any pus? Any good treatments for this?
For everyone who thinks it's gross, grow up! It's just a bodily problem. If you didn't want to know, you didn't have to keep reading.

I need help with my Acne marks/scars?

I'm 19 years old, and I no longer have acne. It has been 1 month since I've had acne, and I don't have to deal with blackheads or the ones with the white pus on top anymore, which is great. But now, my cheeks are covered with brown acne marks and it is really depressing me. How do I get rid of these marks, they are ruining my life and I do not want to get any kind of surgery because I cannot afford it?!! Help!!

Question on how to get rid of pimples as a teen?

I am 15 and I don't have acne. Well, it's more like just gross pimples on my face and most of them seem to be under my nose and above my chin. They get like big greenish yellowish heads on them so I pull them off and then squeeze the pus out of them. Right now I wash my face in the shower with Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser and then once I get out I rub Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment on the pimples. What should I do? Please help, it's really embarassing talking to some one and you're to worried about the giant pimple above your chin and what she thinks of it.
They're on the area between my nose and chin.

Please read this and help at all if you can. Forehead breaking out.

I think I've gotten my breakouts under control with St. Ives Apricot Cleanser, Olive Cleanser, and Apricot Scrub for Blackhead & Blemish Control. The only problem is that I have like 3 lines on the right side of my forehead that have clogged pores I guess. They're not pimples with head, it's just a raised bump that does seem to have a little pus or something. Is there anything I could do in addition to help that go away or does anyone else have anything like that? And should I use more like acne spot treatments or bio-oil/neosporin type thing?

Thank you sooo much!

Does Nutrogena Acne Stress Control Power Scrub work?

I just purchased it. I have very mild acne on my lower chin and fore-head, not red and no pus. However, my stress does cause break-outs. I just read that the scrub causes more acne before treatment begins, is this true? I don't know what to expect.
