How much weight can I lose in about six months?
I'm 18 years old, I'm 5'8" and I weight 246 lbs.
I'm planning a trip to a tropical-ish location where there will be beach and pool and I can't walk around with confidence at this weight. What is the quickest, healthiest most efficient way to reach my goal weight of 175 lbs? And how much can I lose realistically?
What treatment should I get if I have severe hyperpigmentation (brown spots) due to years of acne?
Ive had acne for many years. Facial acne hasnt been my major problem, actually my biggest problem is body acne. I have had acne on my back, chest, and shoulders for a long time and it has left lots of brown spots all over my body. I hate it, it makes me feel really self concious about myself.. I cant even go to the beach or pool because I am so embarrassed.
I decided to earn some money and go to a dermatologist to get over with this once and for all. What treatment should I get for severe brown spots due to acne???
How much will it cost?? I have around 250 bucks but im pretty sure my prents are willing to help! The answer with the most info will get 10 easy points!!!
Chest & Back Acne Help?
Well i'm 15, and i have a moderate amount of chest acne and back acne, and i feel like more acne just comes like everyday, and i'm kinda worried now, because i'm going to be going to the pool with some friends on tuesday, with the girl i like a lot, so i'm kinda screwed right now, So is this because of me going into puberty ? or is it because of me exercising (specified in the next para.)
I've been exercising for the past 3 months, i've shed of 30 pounds, but i started getting more back and chest acne, and it looks pretty disgusting in my opinion. I took a shower every freggin' day and really applied soap around those spots, i never scrubbed because i heard that can cause scarring, but yeah it never really made that much of a difference.
So is it because of me going through puberty and all, or is it because of me exercising (i also have a good diet)

Acne treatment as strong as chlorine?
I've tried a bunch of acne products but nothing works better then swimming in a pool (that has chlorine in it). In one week my acne was almost gone. When I stopped swimming for a while, my acne went back and it seemed like nothing can clear my acne. I don't want to keep depending on chlorine in a pool to clear my acne.
This might be riducolous to ask but is there any acne product that has something to do with cholorine or as strong as it.

I have acne on my chest and I have hair and its almost time to go to the pool. My acne is not that bad, about 12zits, 2 or 3 big ones, right between my nipples. How can I get rid of these things in about 2.5 months or so?

Here on the east coast, we had a week of brutally hot, humid weather. My skin didn't adjust to the temperature change and now I have this disgusting acne on my chest. I went to the pool on Saturday and spent sometime in the sun, but I think this caused it. How do you get rid of it?! I have a date on Saturday!!
