I'm a 17 year old girl, 5 foot 3 inches, and I weigh 115 pounds. I'm trying to lose some weight as my ideal weight would be about 105. What number of calories should I eat per day to help lose weight? Also, what kind of / how much / how often should I exercise in order to lose 10 pounds? Thanks!

I'm a 21 year old girl who is 5-4. I've started trying to lose weight by exercising 6 times a week and trying to eat more healthy. I started at the end of january at 195 pounds and have lost 10 pounds in the past month. I'm hoping to lose 50-60 pounds total and was wondering about how long that should take.

How can I control cravings for bad foods and maintain my weight?
I'm a seventeen year old girl that's five foot five. Right now I weight about 100 pounds. And I really try to eat healthy but I keep having really strong cravings for salty, fatty foods like cheese or chips. I really don't want to be fat or gain any more weight! Just to make this clear, this question isn't about me! I've been taking a shower everyday since 6th grade and now I'm in 9th.
