Helppp I need advice on acne like nowwww!!?

Okay so I'm 14 and I've had pretty clear skin other than the usual couple breakouts here and there. But recently, like a couple weeks ago I decided to use this new face wash..clean and clear continuous control acne cleanser. It had like 10% benzyol peroxide In it. I used it for two days, once in the morning and before i went to sleep and on the third day i noticed that my face was swollen and red and had like little red bumbs on it. I got an allergic reaction to it. Eventually the rash cleared up p after a few days..but now my skin is starting to break out.
I forgot to mention that my usual cleanser is the clinique three step thing. I'm back to using that now bu ti don't see any results. My forehead is filled with like tiny skin colored pimples and I tried putting the clean and clear spot treatment thing on it but Tit only caused the skin colored pimples to turn pink. I have two pimples on my chin, and i have a lot of other whiteheads around my face. So does anyone have a solution to this? My skin is extremmlllyyyyy sensitive so I don't wanna use something harsh on my face that'll make me get a n allergic reaction like last time.
Oh and i also forgot to mention that i wear cover-up to try and cover the pimples, but when i get home i feel dirty and oily and wash my face again, but then i wash it again before i go to bed as well. Ive just started doing that recently, and vie noticed my skin becoming rougher and breaking out more. Can someone please give me advice on what to do? I want clear skin soo bad,,I haven't been able to concentrate on nay of my school work because if this ://
I have neutrgena deep cleaning cleanser at home, should i try using that? Or would it be too risky and cause my face to develop an allergic reation? And are there anyways to get rid of a pimple over night?
