Are laser treatments effective in reducing oiliness in skin?

I have been plagued with EXTREMELY oily skin. My makeup can't last any longer than four hours because it just slides off. Mattifying primers break me out, blotting papers are not long lasting enough, toners make my skin produce even more oil in the long run, and I can't go on accutane because I have a history of depression. I've used masks, Milk of Magnesia, washed with Cetaphil, washed with Neutrogena's salicylic acid wash, etc. I'm beyond help! I recently read an article that the laser treatments used for acne damage the sebaceous glands and reduce oil production by A LOT. Is that true?!
I wasn't asking about acne, I said OILY SKIN.

Is it okay to use different products on your skin?

I want to use Cetaphil Face Wash
Clean and clear moisturizer
An acne spot treatment which brand I dont remember
& Garnier eye cream

Then for makeup I want
Smash box primer
Revlon foundation
Rimmel powder

Is it okay to use all these different brands on your face? Or should I stick with one product like Clinique or Neutrogena?

what is an effective acne product?

I'm currently using Neutrogena oil free acne wash and Neutrogena blackhead eliminating scrub. It works ok but not that well. I have tried Proactiv, but i found out that i was allergic to the bp in it. Whats a good product that doesn't contain bp.

Thank You :)

Can anyone recommend a really good product for acne?

I've been using Neutrogena On-The-Spot Maximum Strength Effectiveness Acne Treatment a couple months ago but because of insufficient money I stopped using it. I've had great results with it in getting rid of pimples. What I don't remember though is if it got rid of blackheads and whiteheads (I've got a lot of those now). So should I buy it again or is there something better that you know of? Thanks in advance for responding! ;)

Which spot treatment is the best for acne?

I recently broke out a lot, on my upper lip, my chin and one on both sides of my cheek... I bought two spot treatments hoping it would help out a little. I bought one from Neutrogena, it says "On-the-Spot acne treatment" and that it's a "vanishing cream" and "benzoyl peroxide acne medication" and that it is dermatologist recommended. The second one I bought was from "AcneFree severe" Terminator 10. It says it's the "most powerful acne medication available without prescription" ... Help?..Let me know which one you think would work best
