How much does Genetics have to do with muscle growth?
I don't have the best family genetics, but i train at the gym, and train very hard. I am a 17 yr old male, I have a four pack somewhat and pretty, well ok defined muscle. But i was wondering how much genetics really had to do with muscle growth and getting a six pack and what not?
How long does it take to start seeing workout results?
I'm a skinny guy who has been working out for about 3 weeks. I work out at home for about 45 minutes, 3 times a week. I take creatine and organic 100% whey protein. I haven't really seen and big muscle growth. How long does it take or what changes should I make in my workout?
my friend said something about taking human growth hormone, or some type of it. Says its really beneficial…?
We both lift, well he does more cardio bc hes in the army but I lift and do cardio... but i think he said one of his mates in the army told him about how amazing HGH is, and he says it increases muscle growth practically exponentially, brain function, makes you more sexually driven, gives you more energy, and pretty much everything else beneficial for your body. I don't want to take steroids or anything, but is this something natural or advisable? as long as there are no side effects i am very interested.
Can HGH help with MD?
I have a close friend whose husband has late onset Muscular Dystrophy. HGH can help build muscle but what he lacks is the protein that helps with muscle growth. He takes the protein orally to help with it. if he takes HGH with it will it help?
Muscle Milk anabolics?
I'm pretty new to diet supplements in regard of gaining weight and I was adviced to use muscle milk. While strolling acrossing their website I found a saying:

Does this mean Muscle Milk has growth hormones? I know this might sound stupid to some, but like I said I'm new to it so don't get mad at me, I'm just looking for an answer. Being against hormones I'd like to find what this stuff is going to do to my body before I take it.

I want a six pack and to build bigger arms and become 'good-looking'.
Right now, I have the general six-pack muscles developed. I think I can manage six-pack easy, after I build a little more muscle then I just cut down food consumption (I eat a ton, it won't hurt at all).
I need to know how to build muscles the fastest and effective ways to help with six-pack.
Does the length of workout play a part in how affected the areas I work out are built?
Since Legs are 60% of the human musculature, squats and the like are good at releasing the muscle growth hormone, but does it matter when I do squats in the workout?
(If I'm wrong, please tell me that also.)

HgH as a teen?
I was looking around at different things to enhance muscle growth other than steroids, and found hgh (human growth hormones). But it says you arent supposed to take it under the age of 35, and I am 15. But could anyone tell me what could happen if I did take it regularly, like the negative side effects? Thanks to all!
Thanks for all the answers your giving me, I do workout though and I drink muscle milk and my bench is at 155 right now, I was just wondering if this was some easy way without any harsh side effects that I could stack some muscle on with quicker.

I just turned 18 and im considering taking a months supply of HGH (human growth hormone) pill form that a friend has extra of. He said he took it for a few months in the summer and I have noticed his muscle growth majorly.
Anyways I am considering taking it. But I just read a website saying that teenagers can get a disease that makes your hands and head grow freakishly big and can cause cancer and will end up killing you. What if i just take a months worth (one cycle). Are those things mainly caused when abused or taken for long amounts of time? I need opinions not criticism.

how come im just now noticing muscle gain?
ive been lifting weights since 13 and now im 16
technically i was lifting at 12 benching 30lbs 120 times
i lifted on and off at 12
at 13 i lifted for 8 months
and maxed out at 170lbs
but then quit lifting weights for 2 months and then i could only max out at 150lbs
at 14 i got seriose and im 16 and still lifting
i turned 16 in october but
started noticing that my muscles were growing and looking a little more cut at 15 and 1/2
but why did it take that long for my muscle too start growing?
could it be testosterone levels?
i haven did squats since summer so its weird that i started noticing muscle growth when i quit doing squatts
after all there suposed to increase testosterone and human growth hormone
