How do you find a psychiatrist that's good and willing to treat all your problems?
I am trying to find a new psychiatrist but after so many bad experiences I don't trust them and I feel like picking a psychiatrist is just going to be like throwing a dart at a board and I don't know who I'm going to get. How should I go about finding one and what if they're bad? I don't have insurance or a ton of money to keep trying different ones if they're not a good fit. Any suggestions for pre-screening them?
How can I learn to calm down before school starts?
I'm already getting really stressed, and school hasn't even started yet. Usually at this time of the summer, I'm camping or shopping for school clothes to distract myself, but I have no money, and that's only adding to my stress. I'm feeling really anxious and unmotivated about school, and I'm behind on summer reading and such. Why am I freaking out even though school hasn't even started? How can I calm down?
Teeth whitening?
I had braces for 6 years...yeah a long time I know. OK so I've tried Crest whitestrips AND Rembrandt 2-Hour Whitening, and nothing seems to work! It's not that my teeth are dirty, they're just yellow. Is there any option besides going to the dentist to pay all the money to have them professionally whitened? How to ease the pain of wisdom teeth?
My wisdom teeth are really starting to cause a great deal of pain. I don't have insurance and have no way of paying to get them removed at this time. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to ease the pain until I can get together some money to help pay to get them taken out.(I've been using oragel and it only works for a very, very short period of time.)
