Why do I have ugly skin and acne, but my sister doesnt?
I am 16 and had acne, breakouts, blackheads etc since I was 12. I am 16 now and it has made me SO self concious. Right now I have 3 pimples on my forehead, blackheads all over nose, and my chin and mouth area is all broke out :( they are red, flat noticeable pimples.
I use a face cleanser twice a day, and a moisturizer. I don't really wear makeup, sometimes Concealer but it doesn't cover well. I exfoliate a few times a week, and use a clay mask once a week.
My sister is almost 14 and has 98% clear skin. She rarely washes her face! She doesn't at night and only sometimes in the morning with just water. She doesn't use any products.
It makes me mad !
Effective Acne Treatments?
I have oily skin and get a bunch of blackheads. Recommend a good treatment? I'm not allowed to take any pills or tablets or anything swallowed unless its natural. I also tan easily and get a lot of freckles so a good moisturizer with spf that makes my skin less freckly would help too. Recommendations?
Can you use Burt's bees acne solution daily moisturizer underneath your makeup?
I am trying out their natural solutions system and I was wondering if you should replace your daily moisturizer with this. Also if that's the case, should I apply the spot treatment as well before applying my foundation etc..
How to get rid of stubborn forehead acne!?
I'm pretty sure it started a little more than a year ago when i got bangs. my bangs are pretty long now but they still cover half of my forehead, I would pin them up to help my forehead but then all my acne will show so I never wear them that way in public, but I pin them up all the time when I'm home. I have tried numerous products on my face. Clearasil, neutrogina, department store brand, and many different forms of clean&clear. I bought a clean&clear acne kit with cleanser, spot treatment, and moisturizer and it has worked the best so far but still can't get rid of it all. Are there any proven methods you would suggest to me? It's winter and my skin gets dry during winter, but oily during summer.
PLEASE HELP! I need to get rid of my acne. Fast!?
Im a teenager and I know its all normal to have acne, but its got out of control. I dont know if I have sensitive skin or not but I have alot of blackheads, acne scars and I have huge pores. Also I have really greasy skin. I touch my face alot to wipe off the grease. I also haven't been getting alot of sleep because of school and I dont eat that healthy, but im not fat. I wash my face once a day and my face wash is biore. The moisturizer is also biore it says oil free but it makes my face really shiny after I put it on. Anyway, recently my face has gotten really ugly and there is a guy so I just need some help will my acne, please dont say take medication or go to a doctor cuz my mom thinks i dont need to. I just need something to keep it under control.
Will this skin care regimen get rid of my acne?
I'm 19, and I'm sick and tired of having acne. I've always had great hygiene and washed my face with salicylic acid cleansers, but I would always still get breakouts. For the past 2 weeks I've done the following:
-Neutrogena anti-acne salicylic acid cream cleanser twice daily
-Aveeno moisturizer after washing face
-in the evening, Neutrogena anti-acne face mask, combined with dissolved aspirin, left on face for 2 hrs daily
-then olive oil mask, left on for ~30 minutes
-shower
-Neutrogena Acne Stress Control spot treatment, left on overnight
It seems to be working. I haven't had any new breakouts, and the old ones are slowly healing. Now I just have lots of red scars and hyperpigmentation :(
My skin is not sensitive, nor is it dry.
