Questions on my Accutane Experience?
So I am thinking about going on my third bout of Accutane. I have taken the meds all in pretty close time periods.
First time: I was a senior in high school and finished the treatment as soon as I went to college. My face was completely clear for about 6 months and then it minorly began to breakout and gradually got worse. but then by the end of my sophomore year it was very bad again.
Second Time: I do it again during the summer between my sophomore and junior year. I finish at the end of September. BUT it turns out I messed up the dosage and did not completely finish the course but I was close. Yet, my face was completely clear but once again gradually a pimple would show up, followed by another and another.
Now: I just finished my junior year..so it has been roughly 8 months and my acne is becoming a concern again.
The Question: I want to try accutane again since it is the only thing that has ever worked. But I am concerned that I am poisoning my body by repeatedly putting my body through this (although I never had serious side effects besides dry lips). SO would health concerns be an issue? AND could this cure me permanently this time. I am about to turn 21 so I am sick of Acne, lets beat it.
Last Question: Since my acne isn't absolutely horrible now do you think a stint at Accutane would be even more effective in the long term??

How long can genatel herpes be in your body with never having a brake out?
Im pretty worried, cause I havent never had any outbrakes. I told my partner, he is gonna go get checked to. But how do u keep the herspes from outbreaking. My doctor didnt give me any meds for it. Even tho I havent had any outbrakes, should I still ask the doctor to give me medicine or what?
How to know the difference between normal memory loss and severe memory loss?
My mom is almost 59. She's quite forgetful but it doesn't really interfere with her everyday life, as far as I know. She is happily married, volunteers, has friends, cleans the house, shops, and cooks. She's on antidepressants because of chronic depression. Occasionally she takes anti anxiety meds, but not too often anymore.
How do I know if she has a memory problem or just normal "getting older"/on antidepressants memory loss?

I take 30mg Tablets, twice a day. I've tried other meds and this works the best so I'm not changing, but how should I take it? I usually break them up into 8 pieces and take them throughout the day. How can I get a stronger effect? I get the strongest from taking them in pieces. Should I eat before I take it? Drink lots of water?
How hard is it to get medical marijuana?
No i don't have cancer or anything. I have a very hard time sleeping and eating due to some medications I am taking and will be taking forever. I seriously have stayed up for days and i hate it. Smoking is the only thing that helps. I have tried sleeping meds with no results. What state should i move to to be prescribed marijuana, and how do i get it? I don't break any other laws.

I don't have severe acne just. a few blackheads and some unsightly white heads now and then. but lately I've realized that my acne is more persistent than usual. I'm 18 now and it's been about 3 yrs since I've had to use acne medicine. what .is the the best type of oyc meds out there?
acne like rash?
5 days ago i got this acne like breakout in my cheeks. my face is red and itchy. it's worst in the mornings, but i hasn't changed, everyday it's the same. i got my period yesterday, but i have never had this bad acne, just a few blackheads, so i called the doctor. she came and said that it might be an allergic reaction, and put me on anti-allergy meds and some corticoid topical cream. i've been using it for two days and nothing. if it is an acne breakout, how long will it take to clear up? and if it is a rash?

I'm 16 and turning 17 in april my back arms and face are coverd in acne I have this huge boil on the right side of my face and when it seems to be going away it comes back I got this cream that has poroxide in it that I have been using for a while now my dad keeps telling me "it looks better" but I know he's full of it I have heard bad things about skinb5, proactive, and acutane which now has a tv add for sevear side effects to patients who can get money if they were effected I feel there is nothing that can help me and I have no self esteem because of this issue I think part of my issue is my long hair but I don't want to get it cut because it will show my face I would do almost anything to have clear skin and my confidence back if there's any one out there who can sugest an acne treatment that really works and has had good reviews I'm more than willing to try it I just don't want to keep wasting money on products that have no effect on my skin a doctor gave me tgis medication for my arms that actualy cleared it up and I'm woundering if I could find the meds for my whole body and don't give me the answer "just wait for it to go away" no thanks I don't want scars all over my face I want to stop it now before my face is ruind I'm getting desprate any 1 help
probiotics and acne treatment?
I"ve had problems with acne---I can't afford a dermatologist---OTC meds don't work--i've tried sulfa, salycitic acid, and benzoil peroxide, face masks as well as this homeopathic pill/cream for acne...nothing helped
i recently started using acidopholus for otehr reasons--and teh acne started cleaing--i am getting less and it is clearing better...
are probviotics known to be helpful for acne/

i even tried that zeno device--they would shrink--but come right back...
