Homeopathic yeast infection pills have yeast in them? How does that work?
I actually am pretty sure I have bacterial vaginosis, but I got Nature's Cure homeopathic yeast control pills because they have yeast in them, which I figured would help. but it got me wondering... how in the heck is it supposed to work for a yeast infection??? I've seen other brands of remedies labeled "homeopathic" with candida yeast as a main ingredient, as well, so it's not just Nature's Cure being weird.
any skin doctors here who could help me?
i have had acne for 2 years. i first started getting small pimples when i was 12 and now i am 14. my breakouts have gotten MUCH worse!!!! are there any home remedies or treatments that you would recomend for me? i have tried SO many different washes and toners and creams and i do have oily skin. i did try proactiv but my dad canceled it because he said it cost to much. proactiv did make my skin dry, and i do have sensitive skin. one of my friends said that it was the main ingredient in proactiv that was making my skin dry. she said that benzoyl stuff was harsh on sensitive skin. i have tried diffierin and things but they didn't work for me. please help me, i want my skin to look good. i do wear makeup to school and stuff because my face looks awful without it. what should i do now? oh, i have another question...does stress and worry make skin break out? thank you for helping me.
How does the sulfur in some acne products actually help clear acne?
I have 2 acne treatments (Proactiv Refining Mask & another drying gel) that have sulfur as the main ingredient. They smell horrible, but they really work well! I was wondering what it actually does? Does it clear the pores or does it kill the acne bacteria? No big emergency, just wondering! Thanks!
is my acne treatment working when it stings?
i am using a product to treat my acne and the main ingredient is salicylic acid. when i put it on, it stings. does this mean that it is working?
