How long does it take skin to purge toxins when you drink more water?
About 3 days ago I went from drinking 1/4 liter of water a day to 2 liters to clear my skin up, and I'm breaking out horribly right now. How long should I expect this to take if I wash my face twice a day? I have a concert to go to in 4 days and I'm quite nervous about going while looking like this.

Things to prevent acne?
Everytime I look at my face, I get streessed out because I dont have pimples, but I have marks left over. I was wondering if there is anything you can do by yourself (Eating differant, etc.) to prevent them. Thank you and please help.
I drink a two liter a day of Pepsi so does that affect anything?
