i need a dermatologist to help me! or just someone who knows about skin!!!?

ok so im 13 and my family cant afford to send me to a real dermatologist. and we cant really afford lots of expensive medications that might not even work. so here is a description of what my skin is like...

i have very oily skin. right after i wash my face its not too oily but about 5 minutes after its really oily again. i try not to touch my face a lot, and i try to buy oil free skin products. the acne on my forehead and chin is like so : some pimples and the rest (a lot) are small little skin colored bumps. and on my chin i have tons of little whiteheads. i also have whiteheads on my under eye area. i get those same little bumps (i guess their pimples) around the corners of my nose. i have blackheads on my nose and a couple acne scars from where i (foolishly) poped pimples. i have very large very dark purpley blue under eye circles and i also have eye bags. i have little red blotches on my cheeks. yes i do wear makeup. i wear oil free dermatologist tested liquid foundation that wont clog pores. i also wear a very thick layer of concealer (which doesnt even fully cover the circles). and i wear mascara and blush. but thats it. i have two small little red dots on the line of my bottom lip. they look like they could be really small red pimples. but theyve been there for a while and they havent changed.

this is my skin care routine...

i wash my face with clean&clear face wash. then i use witch hazel as an astrigent on my skin. then i use acne treatment moisturizer by clean&clear. my routine doesnt seem to be doing anything to my skin at all. i would really appreciate some tips. and maybe some home remedies. im kinda scared to try any home remedies right now because they might make my skin worse.

im making my skin sound really bad and ugly. it isnt too bad but i would never go out in public without my foundation and concealer. thanks for anything!

:)

does makeup actually clog pores?

For about a couple years I've been wearing concealer and powder on my face to cover the discoloration and acne/acne scars. This year (this summer, rather) I decided to move towards a liquid foundation and now what I do is mix one part foundation with one part moisturizer just so it's not as heavy as a coverage because I really don't want a mask sitting on my face. Now what I do is use that home made tinted moisturizer (I use the Almay Nearly Naked Makeup) and then use (L'Oreal True Match) concealer on any really red spots that were not covered up.
My question is - does makeup really clog pores? I do wash my face twice a day with acne treatment because I do have very mild acne and I make sure that I take off my makeup at night no matter what.

I tried wearing no face makeup for about two weeks to see if my skin would clear up at all and the answer is no. I saw no difference wearing no makeup that with wearing makeup - my skin is just naturally acne-prone.

Liquid foundation for acne prone/oily skin?

Ok, so I have been a bare minerals user for over 5 years.
I am 16.
Please don't give me crap about the fact that I started wearing foundation at 10.
I have severe acne ever since I was 9 and got tired of looking at it so I decided I needed some foundation.
I am getting very tired of my bareminerals because I do have to reapply after PE and everthing like that.
My skin is extremely red ALL THE TIME.
It is very sensitive to the sun because I am on menocycline and tretinoin for my acne.
My skin is clearing up, which is very good :) but I still am looking for a good foundation.
I have extremely oily skin, and I have acne all along my T zone.
My current face routine consists of:
- Neutrgoena oil free SPF 45 sunblock
- revlon colorstay blemish concealer
- bare minerals foundation in light and medium beige, I mix them
- mineral veil
- Blush
- Bronzer

I do keep my makeup looking natural so don't freak that i wear too much because I honestly don't.
I let my natural skin show, but it does embaress me.
I have a lot of issues with my appearance because my skin is so bad.
I love myself, don't get me wrong I am not some girl who puts herself down all the time, I just will NOT leave the house unless I have foundation on.
Anyways, I was looking to try a good liquid foundation.
Just to try but I still don't want to waste my money.
I need something that will last through my school day which is usually from about 7:00 - 5:30 and something that won't melt off during my hour and a half of PE.
I was looking into two options so far...
The Rimmel London stay matte foundation with skinpure complex (salicylic acid for my acne)
and also the Revlon Colorstay Foundation for oily/combo skin.
Idk, any thoughts, options?
Recomendations?
I was thinking about just mixing my foundation in with my moisturizer because I don't want it to look too cakey; I see girls walking around all the time that look so fake its ridicuous.
Anyways, I am looking for something that won't really break me out, that will last all day, and isn't too cakey that will look natural and stay matte for most of the day.
I am a makeup addict.
So don't be afraid to tell me about different MAC brushes you recomend or stuff like that, if you think I should stipple with the 187 or blend with the 109, if you think I need a face primer like Photofinish Light anything, just give me advice, please, I need it!
Haha, liquid foundation intimidates me!
Thanks.
Ok... umm
No.
I asked a question about foundation.
And for your info acne scarring isn't caused by makeup it is caused by severe cysts or nodules that you pop.
And even IF my acne goes away my skin would still look like crap!
It's not like just because I wouldn't have 3-D bumps my skin would be all perfect and glorious.

Does liquid foundation make you get more acne?

Is liquid foundation bad, and does it make you get more acne, blackheads, etc? I wear covergirl foundation. It makes my face very oily... Does anyone recommend anything else? Any help would be awesome, I love wearing liquid foundation!!

What type of makeup is best for acne & blackhead prone skin? ?

Liquid foundation with powder on top to set it? Or a creamy foundation/powder combo (like covergirl sells)?
