Help on losing weight and toning up.?

Hi, Okay. I'm 5'8 and weigh somewhere around 150lbs,
I want to lose about 10 to 15lbs,
My BMR is 1556.6, If I cut down to eating about 1000 calories a day, drink only water, and work out will I lose weight? I'm going to the beach in 16 days and I need to shed a few pounds before I go, Plus my mom is on me about losing weight.

My arms are super skinny, Just my inner thighs, abs, and butt needs to be toned. I've got a pretty flat stomach just a little lower belly fat, and I have a little cellulite underneath my butt.
We did workouts last summer and I gained a bunch of muscle in my legs and I have lost it all, So they are kinda big from the muscle.

I have a treadmill, Yoga ball, ankle weights, and hand weights..

So I would love to have some workout plans with what i've got and to know if that diet plan is okay.

How can I make my muscles look leaner?

I am a female and I am in good shape already but I am still looking to lose just a few pounds of fat to tone up and lower that body fat percentage. But sometimes I feel like my legs puff up and look fat just because they are so muscular. How do the celebrities get strong but lean muscles? I would like to be tall and thin, but I am only 5'4''

How to fix poor circulation in the legs?

I have pale skin and when I'm cold my legs turn splotchy and purple and my knees get dark. It's not a medical condition because my heart is fine and I'm perfectly healthy but it still bothers me. I love to wear skirts and dresses with bare legs but I'm embarrassed because my legs look pretty gross. Some of my friends tease me about it which annoys me to no end. How can I fix this without wearing tights or pantyhose?

How long does it take for muscles to show?

I've been working out everyday for about a week. I work arms every other day and legs every other day and core about 3 times a week. I also walk/run on the treadmill. How long will it take for my muscles to become defined if I continue this workout regime?

How to keep track to my kids growth? How to improve his health?

My sons basic details are : Age: 4 years 3 months, Weight: 33 Lb, Height: 40 Inches. I am worried that he is very skinny, very less muscles in hands and legs, He does not take interest in eating, his mom feeds him most of the time. He has poor immune system, as he falls ill quickly.

Please help me giving genuine suggestions, how to improve his health? What diet patterns should I follow being vegetarian. Suggestion of any good exercises for him are greatly appreciated. Please help.

How long does soreness after experiencing heat cramps last?

I played a long tennis match yesterday for my high school, and ended up having to forfeit my match because I got cramps in both of the calfs in my legs. (I live in Texas and it got up to 109 that day.) Now they are both incredibly sore. I have tennis practice tomorrow and another match on Tuesday, but I don't know how long this soreness will last. Will it be gone by tomorrow or the next day?

How should I measure myself for my weight loss plan?

I'm starting my weight loss plan and of course, I would like to know how much weight did I lose after 2 weeks and how my body changed. But I don't know what to measure(legs and arms probably) except my weight. I heard that you need to measure your neck too. Is this true and If it is, why? And when do I need to measure myself? 1 week, 2 weeks, ...? And is there anything else I need to know about measuring?
