What teeth whitening product do you recommend?
Looking at buying teeth whitening for my BF for Christmas. But idk what brand is the best or whats the best price.
HGH ..im going to my doc to ask about it?
my doc has always said he can give me something to make me bigger....is he meaning HGH or? i would like to use or do whatever it is that hed give me...i was wondering if its ok for someone at 16 to use it and if it has any side effects? thanks

I'm feeling REALLY down right now about my height–I'm only 5'0?
Recently I've been feeling really miserable about my height. I'm 5"0 at 15.
I'm Indian so that's not THAT short I guess, but I just wish I was like 5"4-5"5. I think that 5"4-5"5 would be perfect because your not attempting to tower over the guys but you're also not very short.
I've been feeling so down about this. I don't think that I will grow much more either, I keep telling myself that if I stretch and eat healthy I MIGHT grow a few more inches, but idk what's the use, it probably won't work...
P.S. I've heard of Human Growth Hormone injections (I've heard they also come in pills), which I will talk to my Physician next time I see her. ;)
P.P.S. I weigh 93 pounds

Severe acne? On back, chest, shoulders and inner thighs?
I'm a 15 almost 16 year old guy and I have severe acne on my back and moderate to severe acne on my chest and shoulders, a94 surprisingly some acne in my inner thighs.or native my inner acne of my thighs is ingrown hair.idk.but I shower every morning a94 I have oily skin what do I do??
What did I do to deserve this acne?
I've been crying for the past hour.
My acne isn't too bad, but I have a lot of blackheads and whiteheads on my chin. If I could get rid of the zits on just my chin i would be very happy. Even if i still had it on the rest of my face.
Why am i so concerned about the acne on my chin and nowhere else?

I remember when i used to not even give a single thought about my skin. now, its the only thing i ever think about. I'm terrified to look in the mirror when im at school. when i see other people with nice skin, i think that when people say "OOHH well all teenagers get acne" is a big fat hideous lie because hardly any of my friends have acne.
and the worst part is that i eat well, i take a supplement for my skin, and i even use an expensive skincare line that's guarenteed to work. guess what? i still have acne.
Everyone else eats processed and junk food, dont take any vitamins and hardly drink wter and they still have perfect skin. i just dont understand.
Is God punishing me? i pray to him every night for it to go away. im starting to lose my faith in him. He wont even show me what he's trying to tell me. All i want in life is nice skin. that's all i ask for. but does he give it to me? NO.
my dad has tried to help me because when he sees me cry it makes him upset. so he bought me all kinds of treatments...and none of them worked :( so now i have to deal with the guilt of being the cause of his wasted money.

what would this do to my acne if i tried it overnight?
if i mixed the following in a cup, then put it on my face
cliniques 3 step program+inshower wash+the stuff u put on then wash off beforeputtingtheprogram on
acnefree 4 step program+cream for severe acne
clearasil treatment cream
clean and clear astringent and moisturizer(i have dry skin)
toothpaste(optional)
baking soda(optional)
a little bit of barsoap(optional)
and heated it up for 15 seconds in the microwave-idk if i should microwave it or not
WOULD IT WORK? and dont give me answers saying "just do the clinique for 4 weeks" i tried tht, worked kind of. and so did the acne free but they didnt work enough
