body acne on chest and back?
i have some (not alittle not alot) but an good amount of them on my chest and back
it there any home remedy's i can use to cure my body acne
im pretty sure its not a rash because it doesnt itch at all

I have always had skin to die for when I was younger. I had the clearest face a teenager could ever want. Now, I'm 25 years old and one side of my face has 5 pimples on it. One big one in particular which is the darkest by the way. They are not red or pusy or anything but I cannot stand looking at them!!!! I use olay facial wash twice a day. I wash my hands before I wash my face and wet it then apply the facial cleanser. I can't really tell if it's doing anything. The pimple size has not reduced. I don't have money to buy expensive acne treatment cream or whatever. Is there an approved home remedy that I could use to help me be rid of this problem? I'm really broken up about it!

What's a quick fix for acne?!?
The majority of my face is perfectly clear, but there is one pimple on my chin that will NOT go away. Usually my acne goes away within a day or two, but I've had this one pimple for about four days, and I can tell it'll be there a while longer. I've washed my face a lot recently (2-3 times a day, and my face isn't dry or anything) and it seems like this pimple just does not want to go away, or even fade!
Is there any quick spot treatment? Home remedy or going to the store to buy a product is fine, whatever works.
Right now, I have a band-aid with a triple anti-bacterial cream on it because it got scratched and left a scab. Is that helping, or hurting it?
