What supplements would you recommend for muscle growth/body building?
Of course I take protein, however I was wondering what supplements are safe as well as effective to combine with eachother. Creatine has worked for me. I have not tried HGH or any other natural hormones, any suggestions on that?
Is the pre workout Bulldozer XL5000 safe for a 15 year old?
It says it contains Glycine which induces the pituitary gland to secret HGH. It also has Carnitine-l-Tartrate which increases the Androgenic Receptor Content which increases Testosterone uptake. Is this safe for a 15 year old male?
Is there a disease where you have stunted bone growth since teenager?
I look much younger for my age at age 30. It's like my bone structure stopped growing since my early teens. I got a knee injury, and the doctor saw the x-ray and he said the bones of my knee and leg look like a 15 year old's. However, my overall mass did grow. I weight 250 pounds. It's like my bone structure was stunted and didn't catch up.
I went to the doctor and he said that the blood tests (for things like HGH and testosterone) came normal.
Whats the best supplement I can take?
I work out all the time. I take protien, creatine, and NO Xplode. I am looking for the best supplement to make me get huge gains. The best protien for after my workouts. Anything but steriods, HGH, or any other illegal substance. Any ideas?

Hi I am just fed up wit my height, Of every aspect. I was just wondering if anyone other knows which Product to get for HGH for height?
I used to think like some others that accept who you are... but I have accepted it and it depresses me sometimes, so if anyone can recomend any product.

I'm 17 5'3 .. Should I take HgH?
I'm 17 & I stand 5'3 .. I'm considering taking HgH but I don't want injections .. I want something oral that is natural if possible.
