is it better to take separate vitamin pills than taking one multivitamin pill per day?
like i need vitamin B, C, E and 21st century "Herbs for Your Skin" tablets for my skin (i have pimples, acnes and blackheads).
i wonder if i should take multivitamins instead but the dosages of each vitamin are lower than what i want.
so what do you think? which one is better?

Hi, I have bought the Ozone Generator Ozonator Water Air Oil Purifier 600 mg/h 2 months ago and i have some questions about olive oil which i don;t understand.
I ozonate extra virgin olive oil for 20 minutes and i drink it, 1 spoon per day, but how long in the fridge will last?
I know that fully ozonated oil can last for 10 years or more, but i read somewhere that ozonated olive oil for half hour will last 5 days in the fridge.
Why? isn;t same thing?
I have some problems with my throat and my liver and i want to be detoxified, and oil it is easier to use than water.
please, if u can give me some info to know better.
Also what it is the maximum that i can internally take ozonated olive oil for not severe diseases, just for home use? how many mg? and for which cases?
I don;t have any disease that it is very bad or something, i just have bad hormones from my pcos and i take herbs but i want more help.
I want to be detoxify my body in general, and clean my mucus from my throat.
I have irregular hormones which they have effect my liver and my skin, like severe acne, dehydration, loss of elasticity, i follow medical treatment with alternative medicines and i would like some boost with ozone.

severe acne problem?
When I was a teen, I had no acne whatsoever, but as soon as I hit 20 I broke out badly. I tried everything under the sun to get rid of it.. I tried benzoil peroxide and salysidic acid face washes and scrubs, clindamycine, perscriptions, clay masks, clearasil, proactive, free acne, microderm abrasions, and even toothpaste! When those didn't work, I tried natural rememdies like mixes of herbs, garlic, turmeric, milk, lime juice, cucumber, honey, hot sauce and all sorts of other things. I even tried olive oil because I was told that it was good for pulling out the oil on your face. How? I didn't care...I'm just desperate to try anything. Heck I'd even try salami slices if someone told me they were good for getting rid of acne. (I know they're not, but...) Is there something I'm missing? I have a good diet. I eat fruits and veggies, I avoid red meats and fatty foods, I drink tons of green tea, I eat plenty of foods with garlic and hotsauce, and I exercise regularly. What am I doing wrong?
