I use doctors prescription medicine for acne/blackheads, and yet my face is not clear and smooth? help?

hi im 15. i have pimples/blackheads. i use doctors prescribed medication called tazorac at night, Duac Topical Gel in the morning and i use cetaphil (a skin cleanser prefered by my dermatoligist) to clean my face. Ive been using these products since may and now its december. I do have to admit its cleared up my face alot, but there are still countless numbers of blackheads and my face just doesnt look like clear healthy skin when i look in the car mirror. i also rarely ever eat chocolate/peanuts too (they enhance pimple production)

-What should i do?
-Any at home remmedies i can do to make my face clearer?

best way to get rid of my acne/blackheads?

hello, im a teenager so i suffer from usual acne haha. i use clean and clear moisturizer once a day, only a little, and spread it on my face. then i use an acne spot treatment to put on my acne twice or 3 times a day, and an acne wash for the shower twice a day. i dont ever eat chocolate, nuts, and sugary snacks cause i heard it causes pimples. but, why does my face still look pimply, and blackheady? it just doesn't look like healthy skin. sooo:

-what is the best way to clean skin? like washing in the shower? ill sit under hot water for minutes and nothing happens.
-any good home remedies?
-i never ever scrub my face or use soap for my face, for i have heard its harmful. true?

lastly, alot of my pimples arent on the top of my skin, its like dim small red circles around my jaw. are they pimples? and whats the best way to get rid of them?

thanks!
