Still getting taller at 19?
I am almost a 20-year-old male, standing at 5 foot 8. I smoked cigarettes and was prescribed to adderall (AKA speed, diet pills, amphetamines) all through puberty. I was very rebellous and lived a very unhealthy lifestyle on purpose (im a dumbass). I know they probably stunted my growth. Anyway, I have my fathers exact build who is 6 foot 2 and he said he grew 4 inches in college. My brother is 6 foot 4. I have had facial hair for about a year.
My question is, can I still grow? I hit puberty later than my peers and I have been so depressed and wanting to kill my self because I feel so unproperly developed. My dad and brother are in these fully developed manly bodies while I am in this little boy body. I probably grew three inches max during puberty.
Can some Human Growth Hormone help me grow some? Are my growth plates closed? Any advice or information or anything would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

HERES MY STORY
I used to be fat, I weighed 265 lbs at the same height. And I started my diet 1 month before my 17th birthday which is in april. I started it on march 3rd and stopped it around christmas time. I lost about 120 lbs within 8 or 9 months. I WAS BELUMIC AND ANNOREXIC, I went down to 142lbs and really bony ALL I LOST I think was muscle no fat. I definatly suffered malnutrition. I THINK i stunned my growth. I WANT TO talk to my doctor about this, but im afraid cause he might think im weird, plus annoying because I asked him about a month ago to prescribe him to me, because I thought I were short. I DID not tell him that I was annorexic nor belumic, do you think telling him that would make him prescribe it to me. COULD he prescribe HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE Injections to me, without me paying or do I need to pay. What should I do I HATE BEING SHORT, and I cant believe I was so stupid. MY height was supposed to be 5 feet 9 and a half, judging by an online calculator. What do you suggest I do, I even feel my bones are weak. Please, serious answers only. Overall, what damage do you honestly think it caused my body, as of now I feel pain on my right breast, everytime I stretch to the left the pain hurts a lot. Also, do you think I am not well devoloped as a male yet, because I havent recieved hormones from my body to grow or to even be a male, can malnutrition cause CANCER. PLEASE HELP ME, I am very worried.

I made doctors apointment. he didnt reccomend it. endocrinologist gives HGH. I called endo you need a referral to make appointment and doc said its too late my growth plates are most likely closed . I don't think so. the only way to determine this is by x ray. I'm 5 5' I would like to be 6 3' I'm also only 18 and a half.
