Help getting rid of acne?
Hell, i am 16 years old and I have had acne since i was 13, but it started getting worse from 14-16. The acne is mostly on the sides of my cheeks next to my side burns and on my arms and a little on my back.I tried proactiv but i found out i am allergic to benzoly peroxide. I tried acne face wash with Salicylic acid and spot treatment with Salicylic acid but they have not helped much. I drink 12 8 oz glasses of water every day, i don't eat greasy foods, i workout at the gym 6 days a week, wash my face 4 times a day and shower everyday. I talked to my doctor about my acne and she prescribed me with a oral medication called Doxycycline. I have been taking Doxycycline for 5 months and have not noticed any improvement. So what am i doing wrong or is it just my age, thats what alot of people tell me. Thanks in advance.

Cystic acne treatment?!!?
I've had severe pimples and white heads the last year and a half. They all vanished, but now I get cystic acne! I've been to the dermatologist many times for shots, medication, and consultation. He strongly recommended accutane, but my family doesn't have insurance. I've had laser treatment done along with high dosage shots in korea, this helped my cysts a lot. But the korean derm. also said it was odd that my skin isn't perfectly clear (apparently it was suppose to be after all the treatment). The medication he gave me made me sweat so much, like sweat even when I;m not hot. This made school life impossible, so I quit that after 2&half month of using. Through the last three months of laser/shots/medicine, my cysts went down a lot.
Now they're coming back up and are getting redder! I read on the internet that cysts are suppose to hurt on touch, but mine has no feeling. They just feel like a bump on my skin that occasionally gets itchy. I don't scratch or pick at it, but they just won't go away. They're all in my side jaw areas, a few black spots have already formed. When I got a cyst next to my eye, it cleared up in a few weeks. But the ones next to my jaws seem like they're been there for over a year. Is there any meds that help clear up cystic acne?! Home remedies that work?!
I've tried Benzol cycline (I think thats what it's called)
I still wash my face with Benzol Peroxide (10%) couple times a day
I don't eat greasy foods, I eat mainly vegetables and rice.
I take 1 a day teen advantage, zinc, and Vitamin A every day.
I've tried putting tomato pulp on my face, apple cider vinegar too.
Help!

What's the best thing to drink or eat after eating greasy food to get rid of the oil asap in your system?
I always tend to have a lot of acne & blackheads from eating greasy foods.
How can i make my face less oily because regular soap wont work? Also how do i get rid of zits really fast!?
i dont drink soda and dont eat greasy foods. work out a lot but its not from sweat. i use a severe acne treatment that has four steps and it works a lot better than proactive i havent been drinking a lot though.
what is the best way to clear up my acne, fast?
what are some ways to clear up my acne fast, without purchasing all of those expensive facial cleansers and such?
my skin feels healthy and smooth after i wash it but after a while it gets very oily. my face isn't really bad, i only have acne here and there, but i really want to maintain healthier looking, smooth skin.
i've stopped eating greasy foods,
and i've tried face masks, certain face washes, over the counter acne spot treatment, not wearing so much makeup, keeping my hair out of my face, the cold water rinse before putting on makeup to shrink pores, and little things like that, but it all doesn't really seem to change anything.
I am an African American who wants to get rid of Acne/Acne Scars/Blackheads..[Read]?
Well I am 13 years young, and I have been dealing with it since I got my period which is when I was 9. I have TERRIBLE Acne, in my opinion atleast, but i've seen worse. I really want to get rid of it, but im not in a hurry, I know it takes time. My question is HOW? How can I get rid of it? I don't want to buy anything expensive like Nuetrogena Skin Id - I have used used Nuetrogena Acne Skin Control, to stop the acne from coming and to Clear my skin, it did help a little, But not much. Is their anyone whos had Acne and has gotten rid of it, What did you do, Or if you don't have Acne what do you do to take care of your skin? By the way, I excersise regularly, I drink very little soda but I have A Fayo/Cola/Sprite every 3 weeks or so, I don't drink much water i'm more of a juice person, and I don't eat greasy foods, But I do eat sweets and salts [ Star crunch, Oatmeal cream pies, Brownies, Airheads, Snickers, White Hersheys, Starburst, Skittles , Salt and Vinegar, and Cheetos]. During the school year I would go to the store to buy atleast 4 out of all those, but I have cut that bad habit, Now that its summer I don't go as often as I use to.

Roaccutane for only mild acne?
My acne is quite mild compared to many with acne problems but it still feel affects my confidence. I'm going to my doctor today to inquire about treatments for it (I've tried extensively modifying my diet (cutting out greasy foods, eating lots of fruit and veg), using neutrogena products and benzoyl peroxide daily, but I still get spots.
I heard that roaccutane is an effective treatment. But would a doctor prescribe it for only mild acne?
